I had a coils and another part replaced and it works great.

Spoke with Tom on the initial call. He was most professional, provided a quote for the service, and then we set a time for the installation. They were able to come a day early (calling to confirm that would work for me). The refrigerator removal and installation went smoothly. They could not have been polite enough. So pleased I found them on Angie's List!

contacted them to see if they would buy my refrigerator. We exchanged several emails and I sent pictures of my refrigerator. they said they could come out and pick it up between and 8-9pm. we needed the rush because we had a new refrigerator arriving the next day. They were on time. They also had to do extra work by taking off the doors to get it back out of the front door. They called the next day with what was actually wrong with the refrigerator and how much they would pay me for the refrigerator. Our home warranty company could not repair and refunded us apro-rated amount for the old refrigerator We went by their store alter that day and picked up our cash. The store was clean and a variety of things for sale. We dealt with Tom and Jonny the technician. They were very nice. When we replace our washer and dryer with a new set, we plan on contacting them to sell our used set.

Will never go back to this store and I advise against anyone considering it. Took a broken blender (vintage osterizer with rare design) in for repair, said they would work on it and get back to me. Went in to check on it after not hearing anything for a while and was told they were still trying to locate the necessary part and needed more time. After a little while longer of not hearing back, went to the store to pick up the blender and was told it had been "sent off" somewhere and they could not get it back. Their response was a very lame and insincere "sorry." Very upset about this as this blender belonged to my grandmother and we intended to keep it in the family. The store did not have the courtesy or good business service to call me and give me the chance to pick it up before they sent it to another location. They also have not been able to tell me where it was sent to. (possibly the trash) I would say this definitely goes against the guarantee they list on their website of "We Guarantee you?ll love the work we do or we?ll make it right! Our aim is complete customer satisfaction." BS.

Besides the broken handle, the vacuum was working. When I got the vacuum back, there was a belt missing. I brought it back and they charged me again. Then when I got it back the second time it came back clogged up on one side. The vacuum cleaner still does not work. I tried to work it out with them, but they were unwilling to help. They also purchase old vacuum cleaners. They bought 3 from me for $6 each and turned it around for $179. They do not allow you to apply this to your work order either.
