Description of Work: Driveway, sidewalk, pored concrete base for a patio. Disaster! Covered up concrete over layers and layers of leaves. Losing top surface of concrete. We have leaf impressions covering 3/4 of double driveway. Severe cracking, immediately after pour. Driveway is DEFECTIVE, and has lost value and endurance. Divets up to 1/2" deep. Sidewalk was poured wrong,had to be redone to build steps for porch. Life of driveway is diminished due to install incorrectly.
