Excellent work by Eric Regan and his team. Fast turnaround on scheduling and completion. And the repair looks amazing!

We just used Eric Regan, Mission Painting and Home Improvements, to paint the interior of the house in Mission, KS we’ll be moving into soon. I was impressed positively in my dealings with Mr. Regan – his expertise and advice, the reasons for his business, his relational working with me and responding to my requests, his crew’s attention to detail, the crew's clean-up upon completion. We will need exterior house wood rot repair and painting in the future. I will contact Mr. Regan to perform that work. He and his crew are dependable, honest and trustworthy. He gives warranty for his work. He asks for payment upon completion of the job and only after receiving full satisfaction with work performed from a customer.

Mission Painting did an absolutely amazing job repainting the inside of our home. They were very professional and courteous. From the first meeting during the estimate to the final walk through after the job was complete, they made sure we had all questions answered and made sure every detail, including small ones, were taken care of. The project manager, Jim had noticed a small spot that I didn't see and had the painter come and touch that up before leaving. Alfonso did an incredible job fixing the ceiling that had an issue and making it look like nothing had ever happened. He also came in and painted an area last minute that I originally didn't think I wanted to be painted, but afterward realized it did. He was very gracious and made it look perfect. They also were very respectful of our home. Everything and I mean everything was covered and taped off, including every square inch of the floor. We didn't have any paint splatter or other messes, it was completely cleaned up when they were finished. I absolutely love the work they did and thank them so much for making our home so beautiful.

Eric, the owner of Mission Painting, is awesome! He is easy to communicate with and was very responsive when I called him with an urgent job. I called on a Monday and needed a job started and finished in the same week. Jeff, the painter, did a great job. He was on time, clean and did an excellent job caulking and painting new base board trim in five rooms. Jeff had to maneuver around blind installers and movers. Mission Painting did a quality job painting our walls, trim, and doors. Eric was easy to work and communicate with, gave a detailed estimate, and stayed on budget. The crew prepped well which helped minimize dust, caulked the trim, and skim-coated a section of wall that needed it. The paint job was great: quality paint was used and the final outcome was drip-free with straight lines along the trim. While the crew paid great attention to detail for the actual paint job, there was a little less detail in some of the extras. We were told we could leave some nails/screws in the walls that we didn’t want filled in (so we wouldn’t have to remeasure where to put things), but the nails/screws were mostly painted over and a few were bent in the process. Blinds, doorstops and other hardware were removed prior to painting, but many valances were taped up because the clips were broken, one doorstop was missing, and one towel rack was put on upside down which damaged the holes. When we pointed the problems out to Eric, he was quick to have the crew replace the bent and missing items as well as repair the holes and repaint the areas. Overall, we’re very happy with our newly painted walls and trim!

Eric and team were great in responding to a last minute painting request that needed to be completed with in three days. He was awesome in adjusting his teams schedule to get this schedule and set up for us! He and his team responded to this eleventh hour request positively and great communication. Mission Painting was the only painter I contacted for an estimate who returned my call promptly. They came out and discussed my project with me right away and quickly gave me an estimate the same day. It was an easy choice to go with them. They weren’t the lowest, but they weren’t the highest either and the estimate was detailed and fair. The Painters and Project Manager, Jordan, at Mission Painting did a fantastic job. The work was done so quickly I was surprised, the quality was there and all questions and concerns I had were addressed. I had more wood rot than was anticipated but it was shown to me and discussed in advance to the extra repairs. My porch posts didn’t turn out as we had hoped so Jordan had a carpenter come out and rebuild them properly. Again, all extra costs were discussed in advance and provided in an estimate amendment. It took them a little while to slot me back into the schedule, but to be fair they do good work and are in high demand so it’s understandable. My house really needed the face lift and it turned out great. Most of the neighbors had their houses painted right after and some of them also went with Mission.

The team did a fantastic job! Excellent quality and customer service! Will definitely use Mission Painting again for future projects.

I had the exterior of my house completely painted in June 2018, and it required a lot of prep work and some wood repair. I like the detailed estimate that Mission Painting gave me and that I was able to easily accept specific changes to the estimate/work order through their online portal. They were always quick to respond to my questions and described the products and methods they would be using. I liked that they offered options in products and work to be done to fit with my budget. I would recommend Mission Painting.

Eric was wonderful and was it was amazing how well he worked with fitting us into the schedule. Jordan Smith and his crew were on time, easy to work with, clean, and efficient. They were great with everyone at our home and even our dogs! I really appreciate that they also asked to remove an old direct TV dish without thought. I highly recommend Mission Painting.

From the very first call to schedule an estimate to finishing the entire project quickly and thoroughly, the attention to detail and level of service has been second to none. Eric answered his phone every time no matter what questions I had and was honest and thorough about the entire painting process. As soon as I decided that we were going to go with Mission Painting, Jordan was the project manager assigned and was on site and professional in every way. He always communicated with me and made sure we were on the same page regarding all the work that needed to be completed from wood rot to the final painting. I would not hesitate to use Mission Painting for future needs.

Not the cheapest, but they did fantastic work. They were on time and cleaned up spotlessly when they were done. They used an oil based paint for my trim, which I know is not fun for any painter, but it looks and last so much better. I was very pleased.

We received a total of 3 quotes from various companies/individuals to have the exterior of our home painted… when all was said and done, I know we made the right decision by hiring Mission Painting. Our experience was first class from the beginning when Eric, the owner himself, came-out to do a walk-through and presentation. After that, we knew were in good hands and they were going to take excellent care of us. Eric was readily available throughout, but his right-hand guy Jordan did a fantastic job of running point on the project and communicating in a timely fashion with my wife who’s home during the day. As for their crew, they were polite, professional, easy to work with and did an exceptional job with regards to the finished product. We couldn’t be happier. Other things worth noting are 1) their services included a paid-for color consult by an independent 3rd party AND a mock-up ahead of time of what the home would like given our color choices. These were both a nice touch. 2) we encountered a stucco issue after the power washing… before moving forward with the paint, Mission Painting quarterbacked an effort on our behalf to interview 3 different stucco contractors to get it resolved. We didn’t have to do anything other than give them the okay to hire the best-suited contractor. Most impressive! And, 3) their crew tore up our basketball net on accident with one the ladders on their van… it happens. Jordan and Eric both called to apologize and we were reimbursed for a new net. Classy move! They did a great job! They used quality SW paint, caulked well, primed where needed, replaced rotten wood, cleaned up after themselves, showed up when they said they would, brought a team so worked fast, everything you would want them to be. We would definitely use them again.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! They arrived when they said would, they finished when they said they would, they prepped like they said, and the work done is beautiful. They assigned a project manager for my job and whenever I had questions or comments, he responded promptly and with answers. It was a very professional team and I would hire them all over again.

Amazing job! We were so pleased with the work the crew did to the outside of our home. They were quick and extremely thorough. Great communication throughout the process - and our 2 story home with walkout basement was done in just a matter of a couple days including a walk through to make sure we were more than happy with the outcome. The guys were as friendly and respectful as they were tidy and clean. Very professional - would definitely recommend.

Communication was top notch from the start. We scheduled an estimate online. We received an email confirmation and Eric showed up on time. We both walked around the house and he showed me everything that would need to be done. I had an estimate within an hour. There were email confirmations of each step. They completed the work on time and informed me of anything that wasn't in the bid. After completion, the Project Manager, Jordan showed up to make sure everything was satisfactory. We were very satisfied with the finished product and would definitely recommend them. I only wish all contractors were up to this standard.

From the start I was impressed with Eric's quick and detailed response to my request for estimate. Eric supplied all necessary information on his business and workers insurance coverages, and was prompt with scheduling an appointment for estimate. Estimate was very fair in comparison to other companies and Mission Painting offered various discounts. Painting went as scheduled if not a little bit sooner than anticipated. The painters worked well and cleaned up after themselves well also. The Production Manager, Jordan, made himself available for any of my questions throughout the process. We also did a thorough inspection prior to job completion and any and all concerns I had were addressed promptly by Jordan and the crew. I am impressed by this company and workers and would recommend them to anyone.

The job went very well. Jordan, the project supervisor, was out daily to check progress and completeness. The crew was very detailed in the prep work, caulking and sealing seams, nail pops, etc. The painting went smoothly, in spite of some rain delay and the finished job makes the house look a lot more cheery.

We recently contracted with Mission Painting & Home improvements to paint our homes exterior and have been totally satisfied with every aspect of the job.Our initial contact was with Eric who explained everything in detail and provided and estimate. We had two change orders which increased the final cost, but this was because we added to the scope of the work and chose an expensive paint. So if you are type of person who needs a down to the penny quote, make sure you know exactly what you want going in. Ricky and his crew: Selvin, Daniel and Robert were amazingly efficient, knowledgeable and hardworking all the while dealing with pop up thunderstorms and scorching heat. Every surface was cleaned, repaired, caulked and taped prior to painting. Honestly I think they spent 75% of their time prepping and only 25% painting but you can certainly see how all this prep work positively affected the finished product. I also appreciated the fact that they were careful around all my plantings which are numerous and quite frankly probably a pain to work around. When they were finished the job site was cleaned of all trash and debris which in my experience is often not the case. After completion I did a “walk around” with both Ricky and Jordan, the project manager, and didn’t find one problem. How often can you say that? If something does come up I am confident they will resolve it promptly. Mission Painting may not be lowest bid, but you get what you pay for, and I feel like I received good value for my money. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

We were very pleased with the quality of work by Mission Painting. From the bidding process to the final walk through, the attention to detail and communication were fantastic. The crew, Selvin, Ricky, Daniel, and Robert, are top notch - friendly and very professional. Selvin even helped our daughter when she fell off her bike in front of the house by helping her up and carrying her bike into the garage. The paint on the house looks better now than when it was new four years ago!

Mission Painting was professional from start to finish. They followed up daily with the crew and were as picky about the quality of work as I was. They were polite and respectful throughout the entire project. My house looks brand new. Plus, when we got the bill, it was the exact amount we had agreed on. No additional fees added and no surprises. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing the house painted.

The company was very professional and the final bill (with paint) was less than the original labor quote. The house looks great! Will definitely use them again when we do the inside this Fall.

Eric and Mission Painting & Home Improvements were incredible to work with! From start to finish, they did a great job. We were able to schedule a time online for an estimate, Eric showed up on time to do the estimate and sent it over within 2 hours of the appointment. Other companies took nearly a month to get an estimate back to me. From there, our project manager Jordan was extremely thorough and did a great job communicating any and all needed information. He was easy to get a hold of and was quick to act if we needed anything. The paint crew, led by Alfonso, was also great to work with! They did a great job with our wood rot repair, scraping and caulking the house, and the finished product looked amazing. They were very detailed and never left any trash or supplies behind. Not to mention, they were very friendly! I would highly recommend using Mission Painting & Home Improvements!

Mission Painting was incredibly impressive. We are a local non profit, Cornerstones of Care, serving foster care youth and families. On one of our campuses is an old 1920s train caboose that our kids love. It was in bad shape and a big challenge for any painter. We shopped around, we collected bids, and by a mile Mission Painting was the most professional, budget friendly, and responsive. The train caboose looks GREAT and they did the job fast, clean, and affordably. Most importantly they didn't skimp on quality. We are very happy and would recommend them to anyone.
