Oh yes, the storm door, I assume for heat or privacy? Residential films block up to 80% of the heat, saving on energy cost, AND potentially saving the front doors paint from melting!! Anything south or west facing will benefit tremendously for the solar control. Thank you for your business and the online review. Automotive glass doesn't contain UV protection OR heat rejecting properties! That's where we come in! Thank you for your business with Midwest Tinting. Description of Work: They tinted the windows on my car. I have a 1995 car. So it is over 20 years old. The original window tinting has started to bubble. up and distort. They took off the old tinting and put new tinting on all around the car. We went back a week later and put a protective coating put on the inside of the windshield. It is kinda like, It keeps the heat UV, It cuts down on the heat and UV rays.

Film fails with low grade adhesive, materials,...and yes, 20 years is a lot of time under the sun. FORTUNATELY, our high performance films have a lifetime nationwide warranty against bubbles, cracks and delamination. Our new ceramic line, Elite, has a no fade no color change warranty, covering all bases! Film cuts 99% of harmful UV rays, blocks heat, adds privacy and reduces glare. Description of Work: Tinted the front two windows on a Honda Odyssey. Initially they tinted the front windows with the wrong tint darkness but they identified the problem and fixed quickly with the correct tint and were apologetic. All in all a good experience and would use them again.
