I second that! Jeff returns calls unlike his competitors! The work was done well within budget and on time. I highly recommend. The previous owners had jerry-rigged a storm window as a curbless skylight. Jeff had to build a curb and custom order an acrylic domed skylight. The install was professionally completed.

Everything is as related. Pleasant installer and went about getting the job done expeditiously. Has not rained yet so I don't know about leaks. satisfied with job as of now. Was easy to work with compared to his competitors who would not return calls.

Professional to deal with. Knowledgeable. Fair quote and performed in a timely manner. Work is warrantied for 5 years and transferable. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a leaky skylight needing to be fixed ASAP !

Jeff called the same day I put in the request and came out the next day to look at it. As soon as weather permitted, he came out and installed the new skylight and I would have never known he was there except that I have a new nice looking skylight. Thanks, Jeff!

Jeff Ogg very pleasant and businesslike and so was his employee who installed the light. We have had periods of rain and Jeff kept me posted about any delays.

The work is not done yet, we had to custom order our skylights and are waiting for them to come in. The skylights look great. They make a huge difference in the quality of light. I'm very happy with the work.

The work done by Midwest Skylight was quick and of good quality. I had a difficult time arriving at an agreed upon service and price. Although I was still contemplating repair versus replacement of the Sky Tunnel, the owner thought I had given permission to effect the repair. The repair was completed when I was not at home and had not been contacted by telephone on the day of the repair. I informed the owner that I had decided to replace the unit at the price originally offered but didn't have the chance to tell him before the repairs were made. We finally agreed to replace the unit at a total cost equal to the original price quoted.
