 + -1 moreI had midwest exteriors come out to my house to fix a leak in a problem area of my roof. I was talked out of a small repair and talked into resurfacing the area in question. I thought everything looked great and the problem would be history(I was told by resurfacing the area the leak wouldn't be a problem in the foreseeable future). Next week I had an ice dam form and my ceiling over my bathroom was ruined by water damage. I was promised a return visit and that the area would be fixed right. But that was the last I heard from midwest exteriors except for the BB complaint I filed(I was also promised a warranty and that never happened). Dont waste your time, they dont seem to know what they are doing.... by the way I just had my entire roof replaced and the area in question was fixed right !
