+ -1 moreThe large black cartridge on my Canon inkjet printer stopped printing and after several deep cleaning did't work -- and the large black cartridge didn't print at all on the printer test page, I decided I needed printhead replaced. Canon referred me to this company as a local firm that did authorized repairs on their inkjet printers. MAPS ordered the part which took about four days to arrive from California, and then replaced the printhead while I waited -- maybe fifteen minutes. They charged me only for the cost of the replacement part and not for any labor, and their price for the printhead was a little less than the site where I saw it online.
Description of Work: They ordered a part and replaced the printhead for my Canon inkjet printer.
