+ -1 moreOur real estate agent had a heart surgery right when we were finding a house. So, Michael J Riley stepped in for him and he was really nice as well. Michael J Riley is the one who closed the house with us and showed us the house that we ended up buying. He took us through the end of everything. I don’t think he showed us any other house besides the one we bought. He was very honest with us about what we were buying and what we were kind of getting ourselves into. It was a foreclosure and it was in a pretty bad shape when we bought it. So, he helped us look at it and compared it with the neighborhood. He told us as to how much it would be to update it and how much it would be worth after we updated it. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in that area. He was very good about getting back to us whenever we called him or e-mailed him. There were fast, appropriate and accurate responses. He was really great.
