Description of Work: He laid about 700 sf of ceramic tile in an upper end home. He's a fly by night organization. He laid tile unevenly & then ended up having very bad grout haze & efflouresence in the grout. Instead of caulking next to walls, he used grout which has crumbled. He half way tried to mitigate but it was like pulling teeth to get him out here to do so. One excuse after another. He never did get the haze removed from the tile & his solution for the efflourensence was to paint the grout. It did not hold up. Lousy tile job. He stopped answering my texts and phone calls & haven't seen him since. Pass on this one
