No issues. The work was scheduled and done very quickly. Everything was cleaned up, and the window looks very nice.

Called and salesperson came over next day. Showed up exactly on time. Was polite and showed me the various options. Left a detailed quote. I called about a week later to schedule. The work was schedule for about 10 days after I called. Guy showed up right on time for the installation. Took about 2-3 hours. Everything looked good and he cleaned up the mess, etc. Would definitely do business with them again, but glass block windows are something you hopefully only need to buy once.

Overall I was quite pleased with the work of this company. The sales person came out and measured the windows and discussed options for replacement. I requested a specific date for installation which was no problem. The workers arrived and completed the work in one day and cleaned up after themselves.

They were consumate professionals. They were able to come and do an estimate within a few days of my call, and the estimator arrived on time and looked professional. They did excellent quality work, did it on time (two weeks after they did the estimate), and did it for exactly what they estimated. I would have liked to have paid a little less, but there is nothing else I would have changed about my experience with them.

Great work. B for professionalism is due to clean-up. Broken glass was left in window wells when the old windows were removed.

I was in a hurry, he came out within 3-4 days. They did an excellent job. I thought the price was very reasonable. Did wonderful work.

THE COMPANY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND THE CREW WAS CLEAN AND CAREFUL. THEY INSTALLED SEVERAL HIGH QUALITY WINDOWS THAT THEY PREMANUFACTURE TO CUSTOM SPECS. I MADE THE MISTAKE OF NOT USING THEM ON ANOTHER JOB DUE TO PRICE (HINDSIGHT IS 20/20), BUT WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE FOR OTHER WORK.
