+ -1 moreWe gave instructions for everything we wanted cleaned and then left the house so we would not be in the way. When we came home later we found they had not cleaned the floors and some other addtional areas that were very obvious, there was still spilled milk on the floor. We contacted them to let them know and they did come back out re-clean. However, were we headed out of town on a 10 hour drive and since we had to stick around longer than we scheduled to have them re-clean this through off our entire traveling schedule.
Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for 5 hours of housecleaning.

+ -1 moreI called and scheduled a date for service. The women came at the specified time. While trying to give more specific directions, the language barrier was a little trying so there was a couple of things that i had to touch-up but all in all I was pleased.
Description of Work: There were two young ladies that came to clean my basement prior to the move-in. They dusted walls, ceiling beams,. and mopped the floor.

+ -1 moreI also really appreciate the professionalism of MaidPro. The person who scheduled my service discussed with me how I can get the very most of their cleaning service. I like that I received an e-mail with a welcome packet (gave my peace of mind since I could cancel or rearrange the service date within 48 hours of my scheduled appointment and they are licensed and insured). I get a phone call the day before to confirm the schedule and a call after my clean to make sure I was satisfied with their work. The cleaning is as good as the first time I hired them.
Description of Work: I recently started using MaidPro and I’m really pleased that I hired them. I tried MaidPro about two months ago as the independent cleaner I was using was doing just okay but I wasn’t that happy. When I researched MaidPro, I liked that they used a 49-point checklist of what they clean so I knew exactly what I would get for my money. And they really listened to some specifics I was looking for (my ceiling fans blades really needed to be cleaned) and as it turns out that is a regular part of the cleaning service. They also use high quality cleaning products and I love how clean the house is and how great it smells.
