M & M Roofing Inc

M & M has been my roofer since 2011. This is the second roof they've replaced, and I won't use any one else. Their normal response time is same day or next day. With all of the damage from the 2017 hail storm, their response time was sometimes several days, but this is understandable as every roofing company was swamped. M & M has their own crews; no subcontracting. From 2011-2017, I've called them 3-4 times for minor problems. Each time, they found and fixed the problem quickly, without tacking on unnecessary repairs or costs.

I really appreciated their honesty. The man was so nice and they called me back promptly after I left a message. The owner let me know who would be coming out and how long it would take for them to get there. When he was running a little bit behind he called to let me know and ask if that was ok. They weren't trying to sell me anything I didn't need. I would definitely call them again for any concerns I have with the roof.

Since I had interior leaking they did their best to get me worked in. Estimated schedule time was around six weeks, got me in in two. Crew showed up at daylight and worked till dark the first day and completed the job before noon the next day. Estimate was higher than the final invoice. I was very impressed with that, they could of just left as is and collected without my knowledge.

Went with GAF Timberline HD. The installers were GAF Master Elite certified. That sealed the deal. The crew showed up at the crack of dawn and went right to work. Tearing off the old roof was a mess of course. Clean up was good. I did find several nails in the yard after they left. I guess that's to be expected. They did a fine job. That even painted all the exposed metal to match the shingles. It's a beautiful creation. Thanks guys!

Better than any other large job we have had done on our house. He was quick to respond to inquiries, followed thru on dates, fixed any problems that came up without us even having to reach out to him.

Best contractor our family has worked with in decades. And we have used a lot in many states. Sales staff was responsive, replied to questions promptly, clearly explained charges and what was covered and what was not. They improved on the insurance estimate. Managers stayed in touch regarding schedules and mobilization. On-site crew was excellent and all 4-5 worked hard and promptly in continuous days breaking only for Sunday. Yet they were very attentive to not working after granddaughter's bedtime or did quiet housekeeping off the roof. These guys were on time everyday, if there was a change, they told me the night before. The young foreman was great, he communicated well and frequently, he maintained excellent site housekeeping. Rarely did you see anything - debris or tools - on the yard longer than they were needed. I was impressed with crew moving everything quickly to the trash trailer and frequently emptying it. So neat and clean and unobtrusive was daily material storage were they that the Homeowners Association cited me for having a personal trailer parked in my driveway for more than 48 hours. [big chuckle] Cleanup was with visual and magnet, followed by a second doing same after crew and equipment was gone. I checked using a metal detector and found not one nail ! Office followup was fast and personal. Based on our family experience, M&M is a top notch company from office to crew. Give them a shot.

The service was great! Could not have asked for better service - they were very punctual (arrived on time) and were super professional and cleaned up all the debris from the roof. They were in and out in ONE DAY. Super fast and great quality.

From start to finish, Matt and everyone else we worked with, were professional and made the process smooth, ending with quality results. Matt provided a detailed materials listing and process steps; very transparent and researchable. Both the materials and installation were top notch. Matt coordinated with the insurance adjuster for any missing and necessary coverage. M&M was recommended from within the roofing industry. In years past, we have always done our own roofing, so it was an absolute pleasure to work with M&M.

I couldn't have asked for a better crew and job. They arrived a few minutes early but waited until 8am on the dot before starting and things went as sooth as clockwork. The old roof went right into a trailer so there was no mess in the yard, the landscape was protected, and absolutely no mess was left behind. I'm so pleased with the people and their work can't be beat. You'll never find another company that's better than M & M Roofing.

They are some of the nicest contractors to work with. Very professional. They met with our insurance claims rep and assisted with getting our process to get the roof replaced. Very knowledgeable. They go above the minimum city standard/requirements for minimum roof requirements as they believe that a better standard is necessary to be satisfied with your new roof. Their roofers have been with them for 10+ years and are master roofers. I will warn you, ALL roofers are messy. Your yard will be littered with shingles, nails etc as they are working fast, but they get it all picked up before they complete the project. They are fast/efficient workers and had our roof replaced within 4 days. Highly recommend them.

Craig was my initial contact. He came out to the house and actually went up on the roof to survey the condition and get a better feel for what the job might require. He came in the house and sat down with me and started from the beginning step by step of the roofing process. This included the crew they would use and the length of time and experience the crew has with M & M Roofing. He explained the materials he was going to use and why. In some cases he had options I had to pick from and in those cases he explained the differences between the products. The crews they use are smaller so they take a little longer to complete the roof. That may be a good thing since the team seemed to work well that way. They cleaned up at the end of each day and when the job was complete, they did a thorough job of cleaning up small pieces of debris and nails with their nail magnet. The exterior walls and window well covers were protected during the job. My chimney was pretty dirty (light cream stucco) and they power washed it for me to make the whole job look great. I received 3 bids from roofers. M & M was the most thorough in their presentation. My Next door neighbor also had a roof put on by M & M and she is very happy with their work as well. Our roofs were put on in succession so we were able to negotiate a small discount for each roof.

Due to all the rain in the late Spring, we opted to postpone the work until late September. When the day arrived, work began and was completed in a timely manner. Our first contact was with Craig who gave us the bid. He is very personable and explained the process well. Throughout the job, there was excellent communication and the workmen picked up at the end of each day. We live in a community with strict rules about parking trailers on the street, etc. and M and M complied with them all. I would highly recommend the company.

We had a very heavy rainstorm that produced a small leak in our roof. I looked for where the leak was and couldn't find it, so I decided to call a roofer. I was very nervous that this would take a long time to find the leak since we have owned the house for nearly 4 years and never had a problem until this really heavy rainstorm. We have used M&M Roofing in the past and have been extremely pleased. I called M & M roofing and they were able to make it out the very next day. Matt Jensen, the roofer from M&M Roofing, was very professional. After asking what the problem was, he went outside and promptly found that the issue was that there was a hole between the flashing and the siding. I asked him if this was just due to bad construction or if I needed to do something else (i.e. get rid of an animal that might have chewed it). He said that it was just bad construction (although he used more polite words). He caulked the hole and said that since it was so easy, there was no charge. Not only did he find the solution quickly and fix it, there was no charge. This is unheard of in this day and age. I would recommend M&M Roofing to anyone having problems with their roof.

M&M had a very simple, quick process for scheduling an experienced roofer to look at my problem. (Another roofing company required me to talk to 3 people just to get scheduled.) The M&M expert (Matt) that looked at my roof had lots of knowledge related to my roof and vent pipe boots, and the preferred installation method recommended by the manufacturer. He saved me money due to his knowledge and integrity. I recommend M&M Roofing highly. They were friendly, flexible and easy to deal with. They were quick too.

M&M owners used to live in my neighborhood. So naturally when I would see their truck everyday driving down the street, they were the first ones I would call for repairs. My first repair had to do with vents in one bathroom leaking. I flagged them down and they went up and replaced the vent for no charge. When another vent started leaking, I called them and they came right out and fixed it but charged me $50. I was pleased and didn't expect another freebie. The fact they didn't hesitate in fixing my leaks was enough for me to call them when we had a terrible hail storm that damaged several roofs in our area. I called them for an estimate and we selected them to do the job. It took a few months for them to get us on schedule but it was expected due to the sheer number of roofs that needed instant repairs - over a thousand homes and business's. They gave us a good customer bed and reduced the price a thousand dollars. We had to pay the deductable which was $500 anyway. Recently I discontinued my satellite TV service and wanted the dish removed from the peak of my roof. M&M came out and did the job at no charge. These are really great people and they serve the community well. I hope when people read my review, it will be enough for them to hire M&M to repair or replace their roof.

M and M came out and assessed the leak, and determined the wood underneath the shingles had been broken, and that was causing the leak. They were a bit more than the other bid, but we felt the repair solution of replace was better than another cheaper quick fix solution. It was about a week before they could get out, and they replaced the wood, and the shingles all in one day, matching the weathered wood color of the existing shingles. My only complaint was that some equipment they used leaked, and it left a greasy line about 30 ft long out into my driveway. They did come out and pressure wash it, which I did not really want to use on my asphalt driveway, as it it harsh, and eats away the aggregates, and I can still the spot somewhat. In the future I will ask if equipment has leaks. Hopefully it will dissipate. Overall, it was good, and time will tell if this roof lasts longer than my previous one.

Service went well. Company was awesome. Got a warranty problem from the roof and they came right out and investigated for me and assured me I had an additional warranty through them. Very responsive and professional. Fix a leak right away as well.

Matt was very professional and did the work in a timely manner to my complete satisfaction.

Everything went very smooth. We did have some minor damage to the interior ceiling from a vent cut-out piece that fell, but they sent out a professional drywall person to repair it and you can't tell that it happened.

Took one day longer than expected - weather.

They were able to schedule us earlier than expected. Showed up on time, did a complete tear off and installed a new roof. Prep work included laying down plastic to catch nails and detritus, verifying that cars were out of the garage if necessary to avoid blocking us in for the 2 + days the project required. All workers were very nice and very professional. Clean up went well. We had a small tear in the siding which they are taking care of. Came back after the job to inspect and answer any questions and concerns, double checked for nails in the yard. Estimate and final bill matched.

Mark showed up on time to give us a bid. He was very professional and explained all our options. Once I had verbally given them the OK, they dropped off samples for me to look at and revised the contract to reflect my choices. The materials were delivered within a week, and they were at my door to tell me that the work couldn't start because of an approaching storm. We had thunderstorms off and on all week, but they always had the roof covered so there was never a leak. They completed the project in 3 work days and left our yard clean every day. There was also a final inspection of the roof and grounds which we really appreciated. They apologized for and replaced a broken planter. It was an excellent experience and I recommended them to my Sister-in-Law who also used them to replace her roof with similar results. Great group to work with.

This was a very small job and while they responded quickly to our first call, it took a long time from our first contact before the repair was completed. They did keep us fairly well informed during the wait and so we had confidence that they would come back. There was difficulty finding matching shingles which unfortunately they were not able to find. The repair was done well and all our dealings with M &M were professional.
