They did a really good job on our rough. They weren?t the fastest but they were thorough. They cleaned up after they were done with the job. They showed up when they said they would. I was very pleased with the overall experience.

They were prompt,quick, reasonably priced, and they fixed the problem.

They called me when a family emergency prevented them from arriving at the appointed time for the estimate. They were able to schedule and provide an estimate at the rescheduled time. They were able to perform the work a day sooner than expected. They also performed some minor work that I asked about that was not on the estimate, at no charge. Excellent clean-up!

We had a wind storm that damaged several roofs in the neighborhood. They provided a free estimate, and charged exactly what that estimate was. They were as quick as expected given the large number of people with damaged roofs and were very professional.

It was great. After the workers did the work, a supervisor came to inspect the work and reported back to us that they did a good job and everything was done that was supposed to get done. I thought the price was good.

It went really well! Far better than I expected. I would refer them to others. The crew they used had been working together for about 8 years. They finished in 2 days and they cleaned up very well and everything was well taken care of. They pointed out a few things to do that we were not aware of, which was helpful.

Everything went well. The guy came out beforehand and explained what they would be doing and showed us the materials they would be using. The work crew performed their duties well and worked well together. They cleaned up after everything was finished.

Overall it went well. It was tough communicating with some of the workers since they did not speak English well. However, the craftsmanship and pride taken in the work done was apparent. I would definitely hire M&M Roofing again.

Small area of shingles removed, underlay sealing membrane replaced, new shingles(I had spares from original roofing ). Flashing repaired, resealed.

We called for an estimate. They said it would be a few days before they could come, but they called back later saying they could come out that evening to give us an estimate if we were available. Matt gave us a full printout with multiple shingle and installation options and pricing at that time. He was very professional and worked with the adjuster from the insurance company to make sure they had accurate measurements and prices. They said that it would be 3 weeks before they could do it, but then they were able to do it in 2 weeks. The crew started later in the day than originally anticipated; however, they stayed late and had the house roof completed before leaving for the day. They came back the next morning to remove the shingles and rolled roofing from the shed and reroof it. They cleaned up well. We did NOT have pieces of shingles left all over the grass. They put in plenty of updated attic vents and even spray painted the pieces around the vent stacks to match the roof. In 2 areas, they felt that they should put ice & water damage protection down and did that even though that part wasn't in the contract and they did not charge any extra for it. A few days after the roof was completed, they delivered a "goody" basket with mugs and M&Ms and other treats and included a reply card for us to evaluate their service. Service was Excellent. We will definitely call them back for all our roofing needs.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end - I highly recommend.

Called them and left message to call me. They called next day and set appointment for the next Tuesday. They called Monday afternoon and asked if ok to come that day. They came and diagnosed the problem and fixed it while he was here. He actually did extra caulking as "preventive maintenance". Was here about one hour. How nice to deal with that kind of professionalism.

They did a fine job. Avery did an excellent job in fact and their price was reasonable and competitive. They were very respectful, they were here on time and got the job done on time and cleaned up very well afterward.

House is 10 years old, never had roof maintenance before. Noticed a small leak and broken shingles. We contacted M & M Roofing and got response within 1-2 days. They scheduled a day to repair and got the work done within half a day. No more problem since their repair. Satisfied with the result.

Matt came over and looked at the roof. He suggested a silicone sealant as the least expensive way to start attacking the problem. He applied the sealant and charged me the minimum for a visit ($100). The roof still leaked and Matt came back with his boss. I had already verbally agreed to pay $700 for a more aggressive fix to the problem - but Matt wanted another set of eyes to look at the problem. Instead of going ahead and charging me the $700 and doing the work, they found a couple of other potential problem areas. They sealed those as well and they didn't charge me for the second trip. I was more than willing to pay them for their time and work, but they just wanted to make sure everything was done correctly. A great company - focused on customer satisfaction and not over charging the customer - I hope I don't need them again, but they would be the first people that I called for a small problem or for a complete roof.

M & M Roofing exceeded my expectations for the repairs they performed on my wood shingle roof. I will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing repair or replacement. I first heard of M & M Roofing from a friend. I noticed that my 17 year old inch wood shingle roof needed repairs when several rotten shingles broke in half and slid off the roof. I have a multi-level roof and one gutter down spout empties onto a lower roof. Mark inspected our roof. His assessment was that the roof did not need to be replaced right now, however, he also didn t think it had a lot of years left in it. I believed him because it is showing its age. Also, our neighbor put on a wood shingle roof 17 years ago at the same time we did ours and he replaced that roof a couple of years ago. Mark provided several estimates which included repairing the roof as well as nine options for replacing the roof with different materials (composite, wood, synthetic shingles that look like rough-hewn cedar shake or quarried slate). I felt their prices were competitive based on estimates from other companies a couple of years earlier when I had repair work performed. I chose to repair the roof rather than replace it only because I m not sure I will be employed in a few months. The repair work was scheduled about 1 weeks out. A few days before the scheduled work, Craig said they would come out a day early, late in the day. Craig and a crew of four roofers arrived at about 5:30 pm. I was impressed that even though other jobs had caused them to run late, they performed my repairs on the day that they promised even if it meant working after normal hours. The contract was for one area over the porch but the workers inspected the entire roof replacing questionable shingles all over the roof. Afterward, they did a nice job of cleaning up the work area. They performed about 50% more work than what the contract stated but still only charged for the contracted amount even though I offered to pay more because of the obvious extra work. Bottom line, I am extremely satisfied with M & M Roofing and I plan to use them when it comes time to replace my roof.

All the materials arrived, but it rained Thursday. Friday the crews showed up early and in one day our old roof was ripped off and a new one in its place. There must have been several crews, but the roof was completed in one day! Everyone was polite, professional and worked very hard. The cleanup was even better than we anticipated. It was an exceptional job and we are very pleased with the look of the new roof. Craig even followed up to see how they did. We would recommend this company to anyone looking to repair or replace their roof.

Kansas City had just experienced a tornado and I was concerned I would not be able to get my roof repaired before a lot more rain damage happened to the inside of my home. My phone call was returned within 24 hours. Matt Jensen, the representative for M&M Roofing, came out for an inspection, took photos for my review and made a competitive bid. Customer service was very good. Matt put a tarp over the damaged area to stop additional damage to the kitchen celling for free even though I had not made a decision to hire the company. A competitor wanted to charge $100 dollars to put on a tarp. The repair crew was delayed one day due to bad weather, but they did a great job when they came. They were very courteous, focused on the task at hand and finished the job within 4 hours. The crew did a thorough clean up and the work was inspected 3 hours later. I recommend the company and would hire them again.

It went very well! I left a phone message, got a call from Matt the next day, and scheduled a time for 2 days later. He called that morning to confirm, arrived on time, asked appropriate questions, and did the work efficiently. He was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will definitely contact this company again if I need help with my roof or gutters in the future.

Outstanding!!! Great communication, the crew arrived on time, worked their tails off and completed the job 2 hours under my expectations. Representative was outstanding in checking back and inspecting the job. Plus, as a bonus, they presented us with a thank you basket filled with gourmet coffee, M&M mugs, biscotti, mints, etc.

They came the same day I called and gave me an estimate. They returned with in the week to start the job. They removed the old shingles and the lumber that needed to be replaced. They replaced the shingles and worked at a good rate of speed. The crew did a good job of cleaning everything up.
