Description of Work: They replaced a portion of the roof that was damaged. Very prompt response and very cordial experience.

Description of Work: They fixed a leak in the roof. It seems to have been fixed. They were supposed to call back to follow up with some ceiling damage but did not call back.

Description of Work: Removed entire shake roof. Installed new decking, and 30 yr asphalt shingles. Drip edging was also installed. Clean up was well done too. Very little debris was found after they left, much better cleanup than I've seen with other companies.

Description of Work: I started my search for a roofing company by checking out different companies both on the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List Website. While all three companies I contacted had great ratings with both websites, M and M Roofing not only had great comments about customers experiences with the company, it was highly recommended by my insurance company. I called and Matt made an appointment to come out in just a few days time. Matt came out right on time to scout out the old roof and then sat down to explain the different products they offered. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive roof available. They let me choose the roof style and color, then explained exactly what they would do when they came out to do the work. I was surprised when I received a phone call that due to permit issues with another job, they had moved my roofing project up to the front of the list. Rain kept them from coming out on the day they said they would be there, but at 8:00 the next morning, the crew arrived and began working. Because the cupola of the deck had been incorrectly installed by another company, the roofing crew had to remove it, which left two tall posts. The roofing crew stayed until almost 8:00 that night to finish the roof and clean up. When Matt came to check everything out, he suggested cutting down the posts and doing a decorative finish on them. Matt, himself, showed up on Friday morning with another workman and worked on cutting the posts and putting on nice finishing edges that look like they have always been part of the deck design. I was really happy that Matt took the time to answer all my questions and explain the difference in the various roofing materials. He never rushed or pressured me while I was deciding which roof to purchase. I selected a roof that was more-or-less in the middle of the price range. Other roofing companies I interviewed basically told me what to get and gave me a price, rather than the choice of a range of materials and prices, so that was a big plus to me in making a decision. The work was done on time and the crew was courteous and hard working. After the final inspection was done, I was surprised to find a thank you basket of goodies left on my doorstep. My experience with Matt and the M and M crew was outstanding and I feel would feel good about recommending them to my friends and neighbors. I would definitely use them again...though I shouldn't need a new roof for many years to come.

Description of Work: Removed old shingles, installed 40-year composite shingles, new roof vents, and new pipe flashing, paying special attention to an area over the front door that was leaking.

Description of Work: I called him as we had a leak on the roof. He checked the leak area and found the boot on the pipe sticking out of the roof had cracks. He also checked other pipes and found the same problem. He replaced 4 boots in total.

Description of Work: Mark came by the day after I called this company (as promised), and got on roof to give me a repair estimate. Upon review, he gave his honest opinion that we did not have enough hail damage to warrant a repair, especially with insurance, despite the fact that many nearby neighbors have installed new roofs recently due to hail damage.
