We had previous experience with this company mowing our lawn on an as needed basis during the summer of 2010 and we were extremely happy with the quality of services that were performed. We engaged them to do some additional clean-up work with satisfactory results. Because we were so happy with them, we signed up for the spring cleaning and regular mowing and fertization services. The quality of the spring cleaning services were not what we had come to expect from them, the lawn looked like it had been hacked rather than mowed. Rhia advised they had a problem with the mower and it was in the shop, they came and mowed again but we could not tell much of a difference. My husband smokes outside and the pot he uses for cigarette butts had been knocked over and the butts were spread everywhere. The edging in the back along the fenceline left a 4 inch strip of dirt with grass still in the fence. Since they had provided such good service last year, we decided to overlook it as we thought they might be busy with spring clean-ups and had hired some college students to help out they may not have provided the attention to detail. We continued services for the month of April and the quality of work was o.k. The first week of May it had been over a week since they mowed, by day 11, we called and asked if there was something wrong, and Rhia advised it is every 7-10 days that they mow, we did not point out to her it had been over 10. By day 12, our lawn had been mowed. A few days later, we received an email that they were transferring our service to another company along with our final invoice because they had other business opportunities. We considered this extremely unprofessional as we did not know anything about the other company nor had we given them permission to give our information. We contracted with Loveland Lawncare in good faith for our summer lawncare. They did not even give us a 30 day time period to either find another company or select the one they had provided. Our information was transferred to another service provider without our permission. We do not recommend using this company for you lawncare services as it appears they will drop you if a better opportunity comes their way.
