L/M Homes has over 30 years experience in custom home building. When not working, Todd loves to spend time with his wife and his 2 daughters, riding Harley’s or at the lake.

Great, Todd is an accomplished builder. I've worked with him on new construction homes for over 7 years and highly recommend him. Angela is a talented designer and can guide a buyer on beautiful selection of finishes.

Wonderful!! L M homes did a fantastic job from the design clear through completion. The project was done on time with superb craftsmanship throughout. We love our new recreation room and bookcases !! Our home has been elevated in both style and function. We will be reaching out to L M Homes when we get ready for our kitchen remodel in the future !

We were very pleased with the work performed by LM Homes. Todd was very involved, always responded promptly and addressed any concerns or questions we had. He listened to what we wanted, and offered valuable ideas and suggestions that made our basement even better. Angela took our basement bar idea to the next level and designed a beautiful 20s-inspired bar that we love. The workmanship on the whole project was excellent, and we appreciated the transparency and integrity Todd and Angela exercise in conducting their business.

Project went great, Todd was excellent to work with and we are very happy with the work product. Of the renovations we have done, this was the smoothest. I appreciated the fact that Todd either picked up the phone when I call, or called / texted back within an hour every time. Entire process was very transparent and communication made things go smoothly. Price was very fair and reasonable, change order process was straightforward and not surprising or difficult.
