Tim the owner came out. He was on time, pleasant and professional. He provided us with tips and ideas even after we decided that his services were not necessary at this time. We had a previous estimate for pool resurfacing and Tim's estimate was on par with the other estimate. When it is time to refurbish the pool we will definitely call Land.

The Land people have always been very professional. They informed us when they were delayed by weather. Then they worked quickly and in a manner which was considerate of us and our neighbors. They cleaned up at the end of each day and informed us as to what they would be doing the next day. They were also very careful to close all gates so that our dog could not go exploring the neighborhood. Our pool looks great and we highly recommend Land Pool Restoration.

I was extremely impressed by Tim Land's responsiveness to my initial call, as well as his visit to our home to assess the situation. His team was on site several days later, and they were outstanding! Professional, thorough and skilled - they even cleaned up any mess, and moved our bronze statue back in place! Went well. No surprises once work started. Only additional costs wws upgrade in our tile selection. Otherwise, it remained in budget. Our pool looks better than expected. They were thorough & kept us updated along the way. Punctual. Only delays were weather related.

Our entire experience was absolutely amazing! From the initial contact with the owner and throughout the project everything was handled promptly and professionally. While you would want to think that would always be the case, unfortunately it isn't always true, for various reasons. Every person from Land Pool Restoration was polite and friendly. It was SO obvious that they all take great pride in their work and making sure customers are satisfied even beyond expectations. We were fortunate enough to be around during most of the job so we witnessed this every day. They took excellent care of our surrounding property and left the area neat and clean each day. Everyone was meticulous in everything they did. We couldn't be happier with the end result - we've had complements from everyone that has been here, and the product applied is living up to their promises (keeping the patio and pool deck cool as well as looking beautiful)! I'd love to show a photo if I were able, but trust me, it looks great! We would highly recommend them and we will absolutely call them first, should we have a future need for pool services.

Tim Land and his team are the best in the business for the Kansas City area. They are professional, punctual, courteous, tidy and utter perfectionists. I am so happy we chose Land Pool for our major pool renovation. We are very happy with the work. They resurfaced our pool deck with Kool Krete. They had to saw cut some of our coping and pour new coping. They tore out our 20 year old plaster and fiberglass lining of our spa and replaced with new Diamond Brite plaster. They also tore out 30 year old pool tile and replaced with new tile. Everything looks fabulous. I highly recommend them.

The entire process was excellent. Tim Land thoroughly explained the process, and costs were outlined up front. Workers removed the cement border and tile over the course of 2-3 days. The job site and bottom of the drained pool were cleaned at the end of each day. This could have been a daily huge mess but was not. Replacing tile and new coping took about 10 days with some weather delays because of rain. We were provided many options for tile and coping selection, a process that started several weeks before construction. It was quite clear that the owner and employees took great pride in their work and would not cut corners to sacrifice the quality of their workmanship. We have no reservations in recommending Land Pool Restoration. This was not an inexpensive undertaking. We felt that the cost of the project was high, but in line with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail that we received.

The team was on time, cleaned up every day, and the project was completed well. Very pleased!! I think you get what you pay for. Excellent job!

They were fantastic. Showed up on time, detailed communications, prompt communications, worked with me to solve unexpected problems, etc. Their work quality is excellent. I have worked with others on our pool in the past and Land Pool Restoration is by far a much more pleasant experience and the end result is excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

We highly recommend Land Pool Restoration. Tim, the owner is ethical, a good communicator and does excellent pool restoration work. We had fired another pool contractor for misrepresentation and shoddy workmanship. We hired Tim in the middle of a huge mess. Tim's bid matched the final invoice price. His employees were professional, talented craftsmen. He was in constant communication throughout the job. The finished pool restoration is beautiful. We are very pleased with Tim's work. Tim had excellent references and I enthusiastically add our name to that list. Suggestion: when you are interviewing various contractors, a good question to ask is if the contractor's workers are actual employees or subs.
