carpet installation
+ -1 moreOverall we were very happy with the final result, we had one small problem with our stairs we contacted them and they were back and took care of the problem with in 24 hours. We were very pleased with the quick turn around time on a very small issue. I would give them a A+ over all for taking the time to take care of there customers.
Description of Work: KC Master Flooring installed 1100 square feet of carpet in our home. They did a great job and were very careful and paid a lot of attention to detail. They had a crew of three guys come to our home to do the job, they were all very respectful of our home. They got the carpet installed in one day which made us very happy.

+ -1 moreOverall i was very happy with the total project, from the free in home estimate, to them taking the time to explain all of my options for my project, to the final result I was very pleased with KC Master Flooring.
Description of Work: K.C Master Flooring installed 175 square feet of engineered hardwood in my basement, I was very happy with the final results. They took the time to explain the different flooring options before we started the project to make sure it was what best fit my needs both today and later down the road. They were a very nice company to work with and were always on time. I would recommend KC Master Flooring for all your flooring needs.
