Above and beyond expectations. Kathy is an extremely hard worker and puts the needs of her clients first. It is evident that she really cares about her work and loves her job. She was on top of everything and sold our home quickly. She made a selling our home feel like a breeze!

Kathy was absolutely wonderful from start to finish, about 14 months. She showed us homes for several months before we listed ours. This really helped us see what the trends were and helped us value our house. Kathy made recommendations on what to update on our house before we put it for sale. She also hired a house stager and photographers,which was icing on the cake to all the work we did on the house. There were 4 or 5 showings on the first day and we had several offers to choose from. She helped us handle issues that arose from the buyer including communicating with their terrible home inspector-(who argued , bad mouthed us and didn't take pictures on items to fix). She patiently took us around until I found our current home, three months later. Kathy even previewed and took video of homes we couldn't go see on the first day of listings due to family schedules. Once we found our current home, Kathy was great as we had some last minute issues with our sellers in moving out for our final walk through. Needless to say, I am so glad we hired Kathy. She was available 24/7 and answered all my many questions.
