+ 2 moreThey did an exceptionally good job preparing the floor. They ended up doing a lot more work than anticipated to make the floor level and to fix cracks. They did not charge anything extra for this additional work. All work was performed professionally. They were very careful with the color stain and did a very nice job cleaning up. They were always exactly on time and kept me informed about the progress of the project. I was very impressed with their knowledge about preparing concrete floors. They were very honest about what to expect and there were no surprises. The quality of the work really stands out.
Description of Work: They took a very beat up old basement floor and made it beautiful. They sanded the concrete floor, patched cracks and holes, colored it, and then applied a clear coating. The floor turned out amazing.

+ -1 moreThey came and performed the job and it was more work than they expected, so we believe they didn't complete all the steps to finish the job. When we needed some patches redone, they came and bid the job for us, but didn't show up to do the work and didn't respond to repeated calls and emails asking for help.
Description of Work: They removed paint and asbestos tile from our basement floor, ground it down and added a dye. They said they also sealed it, but we believe they didn't actually do this.

+ -1 moreChad was extremely responsive and reliable all through the process, from the initial bid through the close-out meeting. He is also extremely pleasant, personable and easy to work with. He fully explained all the options, and the pros and cons of each. He kept me apprised of any issues along the way (getting several layers of glue off of the kitchen floor - some had been there 50 years - and unexpected unevenness of the concrete) that would cause delays and possible imperfections in the result. Those issues caused him to work much harder and longer than anticipated; yet he did not increase the cost or try to take any shortcuts. The results are fabulous! They exceed my expectations. I am more than pleased and would recommend the company him and his brother own for any and all concrete work. I literally could not be happier.
Description of Work: Chad completely redid my interior concrete floors, including: cleaning and preparing, grinding, staining, polishing, applying an epoxy surface and waxing. The total area was approximately 1,200 square feet - closets and all, omitting only the bathrooms which have ceramic tile.
