I didn't like it. They tore off the yard because they were too close together. The owner of the company said that it was really a good thing since we needed to seed anyway. They provided more area to fix the lawn. He didn't feel that there was a problem.

It was great and they did an excellent job. They were extremely professional and courteous. I was impressed with them.

The staff was great. But the ground was compacted, and although I watered, their equipment didn't penetrate as deeply as the equipment used by the people who did the work for us last year. The cores last year were longer and wider, so I think the company we used last year had bigger, more powerful equipment. This company's work was fine, it just wasn't as good as the (more expensive) people we used before.

It went great! The owner called ahead of time, the worker was a bright young man who was friendly, mannerly, and thorough. He went about his business and was very conscientious in what he did. I am very satisfied.

I purchased the Angies List "Big Deal" and had my lawn core aerated. This was the first time I purchased a deal and I am glad I did. I was very happy with the price and the work that they performed. Their communication was good and they showed up to perform the work right on time. I would recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future for other lawn needs.

David was extremely professional and prompt. He was great at answering my questions and seemed to really care about communicating with his clients and providing quality service. I have tapped him to now do a regular maintenance program on my yard since he was so professional.

Based on the referral of a friend, I had called David out to look at my lawn in the Fall of 2012. He advised me on several options with and timelines. Ultimately, it was decided that we would wait until the spring of early 2013 to overseed with a type of seed that lays dormant until the ground warms up enough to germinate it. During an unusually warm stretch in January, David called me on his own to set up an appointment, so as not to miss a weather window. I was not able to be there personally to see the overseed, but I could tell that it had been done after I arrived home. Post sale, the fact that I did not have any fertilizer for my yard caused David to show up with enough fertilizer for my front lawn to compliment the overseed and make sure it got off to a good start. Very impressed by that! I will most definitely be using Kansas Turfmasters again!

After the drought and heat experienced in the summer of 2012, I had a rather substantial area in my front yard where the grass had simply died. I contacted Kansas Turf Master, David Cerda, in later October or early November about help in getting this area in my lawn green again. In discussing my problem, he was able to recommend the best grass for this sunny area and what steps he would take in getting the lawn seeded. David provided instructions on when and how often to water the grass seed to get it established and growing. He was even able to accurately predict when the grass seed would germinate, which was no small feat considering the late start of this work. David was very thorough and patient in reviewing what he work he would be doing, and what I needed to do (watering) to get the grass established and growing. I am quite happy with the work he did and the results, and I would have no problem in recommending him and his company. (Please note: His charge for this work was fair and very affordable. Dollar amount not disclosed because I do not reveal charges on my reviews.)
