John and Kenna Arnold met with us to do a walk through of our house when we contacted them about selling. Very knowledgeable in what is trending in the housing market. Very honest about what our house could list for as is. Also gave us some very valuable information about how we could possibly increase our selling price with a few minor updates such as painting some interior walls and possibly changing out some hardware on cabinets and upgrading appliance. Took their advice on a few of these things and John and Kenna were able to set us up with the right people to help us get the job done. When we were done with a few of the updates to our house, John and Kenna came in and helped stage our house for maximum appeal. They did an outstanding job. When our house hit the market, John and Kenna communicated to us quite frequently the activity we were having on our house. They were always available to take our calls and answer any questions of concerns throughout this whole process. Had several open houses, and within sixty days we had an offer on our house and couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent than John and Kenna Arnold. Would highly recommend them to anyone who that is thinking about selling or purchasing a home. Great experience!
