I called to set up an appointment for repair of my shower valve. He set up an appointment for the next day between 11:00 and 12:00. He never showed up, never called. No communication whatsoever. Just didn't show up.

I use him all the time. He is punctual and friendly. He does not do a bunch of stuff that he does not have to do. He came in and did what I wanted him to do. The price was right and then he leaves. I ask him a question and he will tell me. He does not try to sell me a bunch of mess. I do not know what else he did but they work perfect now. I will continue to use him.

The service call went well except the issue was not resolved with Mr. Lillis
Description of Work: We had a leaky faucet and although Joe responded in a timely fashion, he didn't repair the faucet and said we needed to replace it. The faucet continued to leak when he left. We then called a friend in construction to verify the fact we needed a new faucet and he said no and fixed it using another type washer.

Joe was quick to respond to my call and had my toilets fixed in no time flat!! Very courteous, I highly recommend Joe.
Description of Work: A couple of toilets were constantly running. I thought I had them fixed on my own but the fix never lasted. I called Joe and he came over and fixed them in no time!

Great job! Joe was very helpful. Cleared a bathtub drain and took the time to answer my questions about how to remedy the problem myself in the future. Joe also told me how to maintain my older plumbing to help avoid clogging problems in the future

He was very nice and professional. I no longer live in Olathe, but if I did, I would use him again.
Description of Work: He work on my former house in Olathe on 2 occasions. The first was to replace some leaking ABS drain pipe & elbows in the basement below the kitchen sink (~$200). The second time, I had him install 6 shut-off valves in the kitchen and main bathroom (4 in kitchen includes dishwasher & ice maker), plus two faucets for $500.

Joe responded within a day to my phone call. Due to poor construction from the original builder, our air conditioner did not drain correctly. Joe diagnosed the problem, and offered a good solution. He arrived a couple days after that to complete the work and it has held up well since then.

CAME RECOMMENDED BY MOM AND STEP-DAD. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, RESPONSIVE, HELPFUL AND QUITE CANDID ABOUT REPAIRS THEY MADE AND OFFERED ADVICE ON THE DIY PROJECTS WE HAVE IN THE WORKS. RETURNED THE INITIAL TELEPHONE CALL WITHIN 24 HOURS, AND VISITS WERE SCHEDULED WITHIN ONE WEEK. THE WORK WE REQUESTED ENDED UP NEEDING TWO DAYS, AND THERE WAS NO EXTRA TRIP CHARGE.

I ENJOYED WORKING WITH JOE AND STEVE. THEY DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB, ESPECIALLY TRYING TO HELP LOCATE SOURCE OF PROBLEM IN FAUCET FILTERS. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING WHEN WE HAD TO SHUT OFF HOT WATER IN FACILITY, TO PUT IN NEW HOT WATER HEATER.
Description of Work: INITIALLY, THEY CAME OUT TO INSTALL A MOP SINK FAUCET, CHECK ON HOT WATER HEATER WHICH WASN'T WORKING, AND CHECK ON LOW WATER PRESSURE. THERMOCOUPLER ON HOT WATER HEATER HAD TO BE REPLACED. IN INVESTIGATING LOW WATER PRESSURE, DISCOVERED GRANULAR MATERIALS CAUGHT IN FAUCET FILTER SCREENS. WE HAD WATERONE COME AND TAKE SAMPLE TO DETERMINE SOURCE OF PARTICULATE. DETERMINED IT WAS CORROSION RELATED TO OLD WATER HEATER WHICH HAD BEEN PIPED WITH IRON PIPE RATHER THAN GALVANIZED PIPE. REPLACED WITH NEW WATER HEATER, FLUSHED OUT SYSTEM, REPIPED CIRCULATING PUMP, AND DRAIN VALVE.
