The two electricians who came out to my home, and who conducted the work, where very polite; very professional; very thorough; and very informative (I asked a lot of questions). I would definitely look to them again, if I should need electrical work completed.

I had them do a service upgrade on my house. everything was done very well and had no problems with work. I would have liked a little better clean up, i had to pick up some old wires and tubing after they left.

Jacob did a great job! He was patient with explanations and professionally accomplished the Main Breaker replacement in a short amount of time. I did misunderstand the initial price quote / estimate over the telephone versus the actual final price of the job.

Very professional and personable. They also installed two new outdoor porch lights for me since the original repair did not take the full hour they were charging me for. They did not charge me to install the outdoor lights.

The electrician was not experienced. He knew what he was doing, but would have been more efficient and thus it would have cost less. An experienced person could have saved us at least an hour.

The technician arrived on time. quickly found a burnt wire causing an open circuit which crippled 2 rooms. He replaced the wire and outlet and several other outlets at my request. Great job, great attitude, very knowledgeable and friendly. Have already arranged more work for him in the future.
