**Watch out for the BAIT and SWITCH QUOTE TACTICS!** Mike quoted a 3-hour job including truck charge at $350 to $450... I had them come out the next day. The gentlemen doing the work did a great job, exactly 3 hours as per the (verbal) quote... and I was charged over $600. I called Mike to tell him I had a problem and he argued it was for 2 men! He CLEARLY stated during our conversation that 2 men would be coming to do the job for $350 to $450!!... and Oh, yes, we do this kind of work all the time! NOT that it was double for the extra man!!! He flat out LIED to me. I even clarified when I called back to schedule the job... Hey, I do not want any surprises here. My exact words: So it is $350 to $450 for 3 hours? HE SAID YES!!! GET YOUR QUOTES IN WRITING FOLKS!!! This Mike character just burned a bridge with me because I will be having other work done. The guys that did the work did an excellent job! But the tactics used by this Mike guy are dishonest, and that is a shame!!!

JMC installed an electrical outlet above my fireplace for mounting a TV. Great service. Very professional, efficient, and kind.

They showed up on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. They had everything they needed to complete the job, no running to Lowe’s to by something. They swept up the work area and took the trash with them.

He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Horrible experience, Issue came back the next day. still waiting to get this resolved.

They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and performed the needed work quickly. Would hire again.

The following is a response when asked why they did not fulfill their bid of removing the 100A panel: "If we were to remove the splice box out of the way, then all of the sheetrock to the new panel, as well as to all the outlets and lights would also need to be removed. This would add quite a bit of cost and lots of repairs from your end." Their bid as per below clearly states remove old panel: "2. Main Panel a. Remove existing panel (and misc. disconnects if applicable) b. Install new 200A Main breaker panel i. Panel is moving to garage (3ft from existing) ii. Spicing in old location as needed c. Condense all circuits at this location to this " Their contracts are very intricate for the average person to understand. I kept asking them to put everything in an email several times before they finally would so I now have a paper trail.

I don't know but must assume the hourly rate was based like auto mechanics on a per job basis because I was charged for 4 hours labor but the crew arrived at 8:30 am. and we were paying the bill at 10:30 am, (2 hours by my calculations but the invoice read 2 jobs.
