They are every efficient, polite and cleaned up after the work was done. I would have them back any time.

Arrived on time. Replaced the switch. However discovered the fan did not work as it should. He was unable to fix that, or rather said it would cost more than a new fan. We were already in for $175.00 for switch replacement, so passed on further work. He did offer to do a rewiring on the entire house. I passed on that, too. The technician was quite knowledgeable and polite.
