Icomfort Store

This has been a terrible experience dealing with the store. When I was purchasing, the representative told me that if I paid any less than the price he advertised, I would not be eligible for the factory warranty. That sounded reasonable, but I showed him a refutable competitor's add that advertised the price for lower and he directly told me that if I paid that amount, I would not be able to have the warranty. I went ahead and purchased the mattress, and shortly after saw the Serta itself advertising a lower price. The store also did not deliver the mattress when it was supposed to. I called the store to share my issues, and the associate was very polite, telling me he would take care of my situation and provide me with a refund. It has now been 7 weeks later and I continually call at least once a week to check on the status on my refund. The last time the associate sounded astonished that it hadn't gone through and said he'd work on it right away. I called again tonight and this associate told me that because I did not purchase it in the store itself (and instead purchased it through a rep at a fair) they would not have record of my purchase. The mattress I purchased was very nice; however, for the amount of hassle and dishonesty I dealt with, I would purchase this same mattress somewhere else. Not worth it in the long (or short) run.
