Description of Work: I wanted the stand pipe next to my washing machine cleaned out. I had been seeing water on the floor of our laundry room and guessed that it was a clogged drain. The young man checked the area and showed me that the water was, in fact, coming from a foundation leak. It was not necessary to clean out the drain.

Description of Work: They had to call twice and reschedule...only redemning parts was they agreed to reschedule on a Saturday.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal from this company for main sewer drain cleaning. That service turned out fine and that service was average.

Description of Work: This was a basic sewer rodding deal for $49...After some initial confusion about the appointment date/time, their man came out and did his thing with our main drain. After he said the drain was in good shape. Pretty straightforward...No other work was involved. I would use them again.

Description of Work: I have been a service partner with Bob Hamilton for years. I used to be completely satisfied every time. Now that the company has gotten better, I believe the quality has suffered. It really depends on which serviceman you get, and varies considerably. I have gotten much more pressure to purchase additional services than I used to.

Description of Work: This was not a regular plumbing job. I had a storm drain in my driveway that was plugged. I was surprised that the fee was announced before work began including if they couldn't fix it their policy was no charge. The worker tried but could not get the storm drain open so there was no charge. I tipped him because of his efforts. |

Description of Work: Originally I had a deal for router work on preventative basis. After discussion with them we decided not to perform router work but I also had two leaking faucets. One in master bath shower and one in tub in guest bath. They quoted approximately $800 to repair which I thought was unreasonable. We ultimately had them repair the shower in the master bath and paid $322 after complaining and getting a discount of $89. I followed up with two requests for a breakdown of labor and materials on the job and my request has been ignored. They sent me discount coupons which are worthless to me as I will not use them again. The service tech told us that the work was warrantied for 3 years which is not the case. The shower continues to leak on occasion.
