Description of Work: Took advantage of their furnace inspection special. The appointment got pushed back a few times due to no heat calls which I totally understand. What counts is they will call you when it has to be rescheduled and keep you up to date including when the tech is headed your way. No taking a half day or worse off from work. Techs are always professional and do a good job of informing me what's going on. What I also like is they give me informed options on any conditional work and don't force a sale on me like other companies do. This is the main reason I go back to Bob Hamilton.

Description of Work: I wanted the stand pipe next to my washing machine cleaned out. I had been seeing water on the floor of our laundry room and guessed that it was a clogged drain. The young man checked the area and showed me that the water was, in fact, coming from a foundation leak. It was not necessary to clean out the drain.
