The young man that came out did what he needed to clarify my drain problem.

We purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it turned out fine. The charge for doing the camera scope was included in the big deal amount, which we did not realize. So that was a fantastic deal. We think the positive aspect about this service was that we got a whole lot more bang for our buck than we were expecting. The camera scope by itself usually costs a $100 to $200, so that was not something that we expected to get covered with the big deal amount.

Cleaned main drain and showed me were the problem in the pipes were. Also gave me estimate of repair as I have old pipes that have been damaged by tree roots. Very professional and courteous service.

Great, they were very busy but were still able to get to me same day. Called them around 4pm and they arrived around 8pm. The service technician was very nice. Angie's list had a $49 deal going for the service so the price was great! Includes a free camera inspection of the line and am looking forward to see whats down there.

I noticed a Bob Hamilton truck was across the street at 1 of my neighbor's houses, so I called the number on the truck to see if there was any chance their tech could swing by my house too. The woman who answered the phone was very courteous & friendly. While the same tech was not able to come over, she let me know that someone should be able to come over the same day. W/in 3 hours, 1 of their technicians was at my house. The tech was also very friendly & professional. After checking out the thermostat, we went downstairs into the basement where the furnace is located. The tech quickly identified the problem as a loose wire b/w the furnace & the shut-off switch which had caused the system to shut down. He reset the wire & applied 2 pieces of tape to the cover. Up to this point, I was very satisfied w/how everything had gone...& immensely happy that the issue was not something more major. Silly me for not asking about their service prices beforehand! This 15 minute service, performed w/in what I?d consider normal business hours (8:00A - 5:00P on a weekday) was $204. Resetting an existing wire & applying 2 pieces of black tape to the furnace cover cost $79 for the ?Dispatch Fee? and $125 for a ?Non-Specific Repair Level 1? (I got $25 off w/a coupon). I feel like I have been overcharged for the service performed. It took the tech the same amount of time to figure out how much he was going to charge me in his gigantic pricing booklet & type up the invoice as it did for him to fix the problem. I am completely mystified at charging $204 for this repair & believe the $79 fee would have been a much more appropriate fee-for-service. While I very much appreciate the assistance & the responsiveness, the cost has left a bad taste in my mouth.

My experience was great. I was surprised he was able to root from the basement rather than outside but it all worked well. He was prompt, clean, and did a great job. Scheduling was very good and they were able to work around my schedule.

The work the men at Bob Hamilton did was outstanding. The liner came with a lifetime guarantee, which is a big deal in a part of town that has sewer lines that fail almost daily. It also carries a lot of weight because they are a large company who can back up that guarantee. They ran into a few issues with the age of the house and the way the original system was laid out but that did not stop them. The job took much longer because of this than the workers had anticipated but they never once complained. They just kept a positive attitude and worked tirelessly to fix the problem and get our system back running. The men apologized regularly for the problems that were in absolutely no way their fault. They were clean, respectful and hard working people. This is something very had to come by in this field. I would recommend Bob Hamilton to anyone for any service they provide. They were courteous, honest and did amazing work.

I was very pleased with the servicemen who completed the job but was extremely unhappy with the person answering the phone. She was rude and condescending when I asked some questions. She would be the only reason I would not use this company again.

I was referred to Bob Hamilton by my normal plumber. I needed service that day since I was off work. My sewer line was backing up which normally is caused by tree roots. I called Bob Hamilton they were able to put me on their list. I spoke with Linda who offered me not only the $99 special, but also asked if I were an Angie's List member and mentioned a $49 special for members. I was so thankful for the suggestion. Since they put me on their list for that day, they could not give me any specific time. However, about every 2 hours I would get a call letting me know I was still on their list, which I really appreciated. The first technician came about 5:00. Unfortunately, the machine wasn't working. He tried to fix it himself, but just would not work. I called Bob Hamilton and they said that I would need to get on the list for the next day. Although I understood, I was disappointed since I would have had to take time off from work. I then got a call back that someone would be out that night. Richard came out with a helper and cleaned my sewer line. He was so nice even when he had to give me some bad news about the sewer line. Although the line was cleaned out, there was mud and tree roots which is not a good sign. He said that they would send out a technician with a camera to see exactly what going on with the line...no cost to me...part of the service!! Despite one small set back with the first technician, Bob Hamilton's and Richard's service were outstanding!!! I could not have been more pleased!!! And with the Angie's List coupon I saved about $150. I definitely will use them again in the future!!

I was real impressed with Bobby. They came and snaked the drain also let us know that video was included in the big deal I purchased. I was unaware of this and so they scheduled again to have a camera ran. We saw a break in the plastic piping but wasn't able to locate where on the outside exactly because the drain was already clogged up again.The next day someone was back out to snake it again as they guarantee their work. Again a camera ran to locate the break and this time they were able to locate it, but disappointingly we still haven't gotten our quote to repair it. It really sucks when techs highly impress you and you want to give them the work and you can't get a price. (We had both plumbing and hvac issues at the same time and had the same issue with the hvac people) its cold outside I want to get my heat back on and my plumbing fixed before it gets too cold to pour a new drive if needed.

The service went well. The provider identified a potential blockage in the line several feet before it connected to the main sewer. A follow up video inspection of the line scheduled a week later at the company's expense identified the nature of the blockage. In the process of explaining the options available to me, the provider discovered that the sewer line was connected to the foundation tiles. He explained that the County would pay for the expense of correcting that situation.

Knocked off the age welded clean out cap, cleaned up the clog and replaced the cap...and scheduled the follow up video to check the line. All within an hour of the first call. Darrell was exceptionally friendly, efficient and professional. Never thought such a nasty situation would turn out to relatively stress free. I'll definitely use this vendor again for future repairs and plumbing renovations.

We liked the guys they sent out. Jason and Matt were not high pressured and did whatever we asked of them.

The service was for rooting out the main service line for 100 feet. The technician could not get the cap off of our main line so he could not perform the service.

Diagnosis and options to correct by Tom were excellent. Bob Hamilton Plumbing responded very quickly. The two Mikes who installed the line were skilled, friendly answering all our questions as the work proceeded, efficient, orderly, and a pleasure to do work at our home. The work site was perfectly clean at the end of the job. You wouldn't think replacing your sewer line would be a good experience but it was. These three men are a tribute to the company.

Responsiveness was Out of this World! I rec'd a call from my mother in the evening that her drain had backed up and her basement was flooded. I went online, purchased the deal from Bob Hamilton's, expecting them to call in the morning when they came in for the day, and I rec'd a call about 10 mins later! They were even willing to come out that night if I wanted them to, but I opted for the next morning when I could have my own arrangements made to have someone there to help her. When he arrived, he cleared the drain, found the problem and was done in about 30 mins. Couldn't have asked for a better solution for the problem! And the price was amazing! The only comment at all was there was a miss in the communication. I was told they would call first thing in the morning to let us know @ what time of day they would be there and then they would call when we were the next person on the list, giving us an hr or two to make sure we were available. No one called in the morning and when I finally called them, he said they were coming over next. I had to quickly rearrange plans and reschedule who I could have at the house with my mother to help her. It worked out, but better communication would have been nice.

These experiences were quite good! We had two different service people and both were very professional and knowledgeable. The water heater replacement was planned. We researched several plumbing companies as well as water heater manufacturers and were not very impressed with the options for either until we found Bob Hamilton. Warranties for water heaters have changed quite a bit over the years and Bob Hamilton Plumbing was the only company that explained the warranty completely. We checked Consumer Reports to see what the highest rated water heater is. Consumer Reports does not rate water heaters due to the fact that there are many external factors that enter in to how long your water heater might last- like having a properly installed pressure regulator, an expansion tank, etc... Bob Hamilton's service technician explained the warranty thoroughly. We are very happy with our new water heater! We ended up having to call Bob Hamilton Plumbing a month or so later for an emergency. We were having construction done on a bathroom and the main shut off valve for the house began leaking, quite a lot! They sent a technician out within a couple of hours and the valve was replaced! We were very relieved. Because we now are a service partner member, the technician checked every plumbing fixture in the house. He found a couple of small leaks we didn't even know we had. I highly recommend becoming a service partner member! Bob Hamilton Plumbing has impressed us! Thank you!
