+ -1 moreTerry is very professional and reliable. When our heater went out he came right out and gave us the option to repair or replace. By the end of the week a new one had been installed. He also installed a new custom pool cover and talked with us at length about the various covers on the market. They also closed our pool for the season. He is knowledgeable and very easy to work with. We will definitely use him in the future. Our new pool cover looks great!

When shopping around for a pool service, we had a lot of trouble getting someone to actually show up, but these guys are very reliable and always come by when they say they will. They seem very knowledgeable about pools, and are always willing to answer any questions that I have.
Description of Work: We had Ham's Pool Service open our pool at the beginning of the summer and also install a saltwater generator for us. This is our first year owning a pool, so once the pool was open, they sat down and gave us detailed instructions about everything we needed to do to maintain the pool throughout the summer. They said we could call anytime with questions, and whenever I did call, they were polite and helpful and always willing to come by and help us out if needed. When our pump motor broke, they replaced it and then helped us get the pool looking great again.

We have had pools and services in three different states using various contractors, and we have no ntention of ever changing. Caring, thoughtful, conscentious, problem-solving, always helpful..
