Although alittle "pricie" they did all the small jobs to my full satisfaction. ...Jobs like installing a light switch in the utility room, running a wire and installing a receptacle by my fire insert to operate the fan. They are very professional and I will use them again, in fact soon as I'm buying a rental home this week and I need some electrical work done....more of a serious nature such as the panel box.

My husband dealt with them. The contact person’s name is Mark. They have very good pricing. They’re professional and punctual. They just did an excellent job. I actually had them out more than once. I wasn’t home the last time when they came but this time I was. I don’t remember how much I spent on their services. I will use them again in the future if I need to.

Approximately 9 pm I was getting ready to go to bed and was turning off all lights. The switch to the dining room chandlier broke. The lights stayed on and I could not get them turned off. I was concerned regarding safety issues so was reluctant to ignore it and go to bed. I called 5 companies that advertised 24 hour service. The first one (Guiding Light) wanted to know if it was an emergency. I said I didn't know if it was or not. She said the techs only come out after hours if it is an emergency. So I tried a few more calls. The second one had voice mail and did not return my call. The third one said no one available to take my call. The fourth one had 2 numbers listed. The first number I got a recording that said that number had been disconnected. The second number had a strange response on the pick-up and would not answer me. The last number had voice mail and I left my name and number. He returned my call mid-morning the next day. Needless to say, I went back to the first number I had called (Guiding Light) and told her I wanted to talk to the tech. She took my number and he returned my call within a very short time. I explained the problem and he told me to take the bulbs out, that he felt sure there were no safety issued and his boss would call me in the morning to set up an appointment. Mr. Bersuch did call me early the next morning and arranged for Rob to come out. Rob was there shortly thereafter and replaced the switch. I was very appreciative that I had finally found someone that responded promptly, put my fears to rest and fixed my problem - all in a very efficient and professional manner.

The experience with them has been very good. The price seemed high but it probably is because we haven’t used electrical companies - I tend to do some of that work myself.

I have used them numerous time in the past. When I first called them I gave them a list of things I wanted from a service provider and they told me that they were my company. I have used them ever since. I always use Jeremy for my services. They have done both little and big jobs for me.
