this is a new type of insulation. My wife liked it because it does not make a mess in the attic.But it is supposed to be 97% efficient. We would actually know its effects after about one year experience,

I was on Home Advisor and Stuart at Central States Eco Tech contacted me the following day and was at our house the day after. My attic fan stopped working. Same situation occurred in the Spring and I had another business out to look at it. They quoted me several thousand and said I needed a new fan. I passed. The summer heat came early so my fan repair was put off until recently. My problem was a simple wire connection and Stuart was in and out in an hour and the cost was extremely reasonable. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and Central States Eco Tech is now saved as my go to company. Extremely happy and I really appreciate Stuart

STUART WAS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT FINDING THE RIGHT PARTS AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I ASKED. HE WORKED ON THAT OLD ATTIC FAN MAKING SURE IT WAS PERFECTLY IN TUNE WITH THE BELT AND PULLEY WITHOUT A SQUEEK ANYMORE! AND BROUGHT IT BACK TO OUR FAVORITE OLE GIRL AGAIN !!!! :)...

Top of the line people. Initially we felt it was expensive, but after everything was done, we felt it was a good deal for the results. Absolutely great customer service. We wanted a switch installed for the unit so we could turn it off in the winter, and called them back, and they came right out and did it for us. We didn't have any issues with the work completed, and everything has been top quality. They are a very good company, and are very dependable.

He put reflective insulation on the house and the house is 2500 sq. ft. and I have a 1000 sq. ft. garage that was done last year. It has saved me 25%-30% on my gas and electric bill.
