So don't think Graham being at my house for less than 15 minutes was worth the $100 for $200 in plumbing work.

The plumber came out, he was prompt and was a very nice guy. He did try to get the work done, but we had to order a part, which I am waiting for, and then I will get back to him the company to have them come back to complete the services.

That turned out okay. They did everything I asked them to do. They replaced some faucets. One plumber came out and took most of the morning to complete the service for me. I did have to pay more, but in all fairness my faucets/plumbing were old so he did a lot of hard work.

Purchased 2 hours of plumbing service deal for $99. Gordon Graham arrived promptly, surveyed worked to be done, obtained parts needed and installed same. Installation and parts retrieval took longer than 2 hours but I suspected in advance that it would because Pfister faucet fittings in kitchen sink were corroded and had to be sawed off. Additional time was billed reasonably. Very satisfied with this work and the Angie's List deal.

I couldn't be more pleased. Very willing to help in all ways.

Had a leak. He fixed it

It took long than expected to install the water softener, it was a brand he was not familiar with. He had to go get parts for the installation twice. He started that job and worked on it till about 7:30 pm. When he was about to leave he noticed that one of the valves he installed had a very slow leak. At that we decided for him to come back on June 30th to finish up. When he returned it only took about 15 minutes for him to change out the leaky valve. He went on to tighten up the faucet in the kitchen. The last thing he did was replace the broken drain in the bathtub. Gordon was always very friendly and ready to explain everything he was doing. He arrived on time both times, explained the details of the coupon I purchased on our first meeting, and went to work. I would definitely hire him again for any plumbing issue and already talked to him about some electrical things I need done in the future.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine, good. We were very satisfied and they did a good job. They showed up on time, did the job and we were very pleased.

The job is at a house we are remodeling. Scheduled to meet him there at 3pm. Got a call from him at 3:02pm as I was about to pull in the driveway. "I am here, where are you?". I agree I should have been there before 3. He seemed annoyed and started off with an attitude. Eventually lightened up and even told us how to do some of the things we needed done. Felt pretty good about it so we hired him to run the water and drain lines to the new sink area. I was a little uncomfortable because he didn't give us a estimate or price but we had already purchased the "Deal" so we hired him. Initially he was to do the job on Monday but we were going to be out of town so we couldn't be there to pay him so we changed it to Tuesday. We left the door unlocked so he could get in to do the work and promised to be there at 3 to pay him. Explained to him that the drain he was going to use was clogged. We previously had a flood in that area and the drain didn't drain. When we got there to pay him on Tues, the work was done but he was having issues with his credit card service provider so he said he would return the next day at 3 to run the credit card. He was a no call, no show the next day. Waited until 5:30 then decided he would call eventually. Ironic since he got so irritated when I was 2-3 minutes late. He called the next day acting like he hadn't just "no showed" and wanted to meet the next day. I was shocked at the bill. It was an additional $535. Six hours of labor?? I have not hired a plumber before but $735 was not what I expected. He said the drain was working fine. I paid him and he left. The next day we hooked up the sink we had the lines run for and guess what...the drain was clogged so the area flooded. Now I have to get someone out to unclog the drain. To be fair I did not call him and complain because I can't afford to have him back out to fix it. Overall not a great experience. On the positive side he was helpful with how to do other plumbing projects.

He did not have to much experience in changing or any deals with plumbing in updating the plumbing fixtures.

Graham Services did a great job! This is the second year we've had him out to check our furnace. We always get it inspected before winter starts because the unit is over twenty years old and we don't want to take any chances. He was very thorough, and was at our house over an hour. When he got a low level carbon monoxide reading with one of his detectors he also checked it with two other detectors to make sure it was accurate. He also gave very good advice about how to watch the furnace and monitor the leak so I'd know when it was time to replace the unit. There was a damaged wire in the unit that he replaced and he didn't even let me pay him extra even though it was above and beyond the typical winter furnace inspection that we'd paid him for. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and we'll definitely call him back next year, or when our furnace need replaced.

Gordon Graham worked me into his busy schedule because of my need to have work completed quickly to place my property for sale. He shows up and shows up on time (which not all providers do)! Gordon is very personable and knowledgeable and I felt his price was very reasonable for the work and amount of time involved.

He was timely and responsive. He helped diagnose the problem and give me ideas for what to do, as well as completed the routine service.

He checked the furnace and gave us some recommendations.

Over all my air conditioner was in good shape. The individual explained the new freon being used soon which is better for the enviornment. He told me it would be cost effective for me to get the type of air conditioner that accepts the new freon when I ready to replace.

Okay except for no contact.

Gordon was very prompt and he charge me for the work even after spending about 3 hours at my home, but he wasn’t able to fix it. I thought I would at least owe him something for a service call, but he said there would be no charge.

Mr. Graham was very professional and did an excellent job at a reasonable cost.

Gordon was very pleasant, explained pertinent information to me re the furnace. I would use him again and he's on my list to use in the spring when it's time to have the A/C checked.

I liked this man very much. However, in the past couple of weeks, the switch stopped working again so I am back to crawling under the sink and plugging in the garbage disposal to turn it on until I can get it repaired again. The repair lasted 6 months, which is the reason for the C rating. In all fairness to Graham, I have been experiencing numerous problems in my 6-year-old townhome that should not have happened, including electrical issues. I suspect the electrical was installed by someone who really wasn't an electrician, but I would prefer someone identify the exact problem so I can get it fixed. Also, I have not called this man again to see if he might be willing to redo. Don't purchase a lease a townhome in the Crystal Court Townhomes near 87th and Farley in Overland Park. You will have nothing but problems, including wood rot, water problems, electrical and plumbing issues.

Overall the whole service was very satisfactory.. He was there on time, diagnosed the problem and gave me several alteratives in both price and equipment to get the system up and running again..

I have used him several times. He is a great guy. The quality is good.
