+ -1 moreOverall, I had a VERY negative experience with this company. Deadlines were declared and never met. When the laptop went missing, the owner tried to play it off like I came in and picked it up even though he had no invoice to prove it. Then, 2 months later stated that they found the laptop in a box but when I went in to confirm it was ours, it was not even the same model or color. The owners of this company do not display professionalism what so ever and need to take a course in "how to improve customer relations". They are very sketchy, and I will not be using them in the future for anything.
Description of Work: Two laptops were dropped off and diagnosed that they each needed a wipe and reload performed. In addition, our better of the two laptops had a destroyed hard drive and that needed to be replaced as well. Services were never done to the better of the two laptops because the store claimed that the laptop was lost and could not be found in the store after several hours of looking at all their store locations.
