Description of Work: A tree had fallen on the power line between the pole and my house. Fusion came quickly, recommended a tree guy, who also came quickly, and reconnected power to my house. Still waiting for KCPL to come and approve the connection and attach it to my house, by the way.

Description of Work: Couple of rooms in home had lost power. I called Fusion electric, they came immediately on the day I called mainly to give me estimate. It turned out that circuit breaker switch was off. (I am new home owner, so didn't know much about it.) He turned it on, and I got the power. He told me not to put more heaters, humidifiers and or other appliances on same line. I don't know if somebody would have taken $45 just to start a switch. But anyway my problem got solved immediately and I also learned about those circuit breaker switches. Thanks much.
