Fusion Electric

I would highly recommend Fusion Electric. They confirmed my appointment the day prior, and again when they were on the way, and onsite. Paul, the electrician, was very professional and polite. All work was done quickly, and the premises were left clean.

Absolutely awesome experience with Fusion Electric! I found Fusion Electric on Angie's List, and figured I'd give them a call based on the great reviews I had seen. Jeff was very professional and quoted me a very reasonable price for installing some hallway lights. On install day, Justin called ahead of my schedule time to tell me he was on the way. He arrived on-time and talk about a professional employee... Justin was simply awesome! He was able to get everything done in a timely manner, and the work was *very* professionally done! When all was done, he actually cleaned up everything as if he was never even here. I even received several emails providing status updates before, during and after my service call. I rarely leave reviews, but Fusion Electric is spot-on! I will definitely use them again for my next home project.

Excellent service experience. Received call next day after selecting Angies List special for 3 hours of work. Appointment scheduled within 1 day of call back (excluding weekend). Justin was on-time for appointment, was collaborative, professional, and completed all of the work requested, which included fixing a light fixture that stopped working, replacing a couple of faulty switches, and replacing about 10 outlet receptacles with outlets that included USB ports. Definitely would recommend Fusion Electric based on this experience.

Jacob showed up on time and quickly went to work. He was friendly and kept me informed on the cause of the problem and how he would fix it. The repair of the electric outlets and installation of the doorbell took about 40 minutes. After cleanup and paying the bill, the entire process took about 45 minutes. Excellent job!

We have a 1955 home and needed many wall plugs replaced/upgraded. Also the door bell was not functioning. Dilan assessed the problems, we discussed cost, and he and (I forgot his name) were most efficient getting to and completing the projects. I was happy and impressed. Our neighbors will be happy that our doorbell finally works.

It was great. Dilan did a fantastic job and more than met our expectations. He made suggestions and we love our new kitchen light and bedroom ceiling fan.

Fusion Electric was great to work with and I will definitely use again. I didn't have a working doorbell and wanted to install Ring, they quickly determined what was needed and were very helpful through the installation. Highly recommend.

This was a big job, upgrade of a 1959 built house. They told us it would take a day and 1/2 and it did. The price was as quoted. The electrician who estimated the job, Justin I think, was great at explaining the procedure and costs. When the came to give an estimate, spent good amount of time looking at what work was needed. They showed up on time, even remembered to call me 30 minutes before they arrived as I requested. They're our electricians now.

Unbelievable! We have hired other electricians that could never get to the source of our problems. Justin came yesterday for two hours and after fixing what he could, he recommended we call KCPL. We ended up with 3 KCPL trucks here for 5 hours and not only did they make adjustment to the meter box, they installed all new cabling from our house to the pole! We are so grateful to Fusion Electric for actually getting to the root cause of our old house electrical issues! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!

Jason called KCP&L for them to check power to the house. Turns out there was in fact a problem with the box on the house. Would not have known that without Jason.
