Nate and Jacob were punctual, polite, pleasant, professional, and, above all, proficient. So much do that, originally they thought they would need to cut a hole in my wall to install the 220 outlet, but through some crafty thinking, they did the install without a scratch on the wall! Good guys.

These guys are always pros, they look over the situation, tell you what it takes and do the job as asked. They had to run a conduit for electrical supply, and did it in a great time. I have used them several times and will again if needed.

My panel was shorting out and had begun to fuse circuits in place. BIG fire hazard. In fact, it was buzzing and snapping so bad the day before his appointment, that we had our power turned off rather than burn. He came in, and lickity-split--new box, new wires, no more sparks or dimming lights. Fusion's price quote was MUCH below the estimate we got from a previous company, plus they didn't try to push us into all sorts of extras. The surge protector was added at our request.

The work done was good. The electrician was good. The way pricing worked seemed like I was nickeled and dimd.

Fusion Electric is a good company with quality work done here. They are polite, keep me informed as needed, and complete all work. The prices were fair and all work done as they scheduled. According to all websites, etc. many people give Fusion high marks, thats what had me call them for the work I needed done, I say thank you to all at Fusion Electric.

Things went very well. The presence of ants in the outside outlet box was a surprise, but a shot of bug killer by the technician took care of things.

Repairman was on time and fixed our electrical outlet that my husband cut while demo-ing our master shower. We also had him cap some wire to an outlet we removed. Neat and efficient job. Will definitely call again.

These guys were great! We live out-of-state and needed to upgrade service to a rental property we hope to sell soon. They immediately responded to our request when we first contacted them through Angie's List and their communication and response times were excellent. They coordinated access to the house with our tenant and always sent us emails to let us know the status of the work being done. Their price was fair and their estimate equaled their final invoice. I would use them again and would highly recommend them.

They were first to respond, seemed the most knowledgeable with good suggestions, and though they were pricier than others, they completed the work in half the time, so ultimately were the best. They had me on the schedule within one week once I was ready, arrived promptly and completed the job, cleaning up after themselves, in about 6 hours. I am extremely pleased and would definitely use them again.

Justin and Michael were wonderful to work with. They arrived on time and worked throughout the day to complete the work I needed done. The work was done efficiently and they made sure everything was done correctly and was working as it should. Any questions I had were answered in a way I understood and when they were done they took the time to clean everything up. Fusion Electric contacted me promptly after I submitted a request for electrical service to Angie's List. Services needed were discussed and an estimate was given over the phone with date & time of service. Jacob Krause called on the date of service to get permission to arrive two hours early. He was very professional, personable and had good customer service skills. The project was completed in the time estimated and within budget. I am very pleased with the outcome.

The experience was excellent. The bid was provided quickly and was accurate. The workmen were knowledgeable, friendly and offered advice about a new doorbell. They spent approximately eight hours on our multiple projects. I would definitely hire them again.

I'm very please with the services provided by Fusion. Since I've been doing part of the other (non-electrical) work myself, I was thrilled that they agreed to perform the work as needed over a few months and three separate trips. I never felt pressured to wrap up my work and they were quick to return when needed. I feel the estimate was priced fairly and they provided good value. I would highly recommend Fusion.
