Description of Work: FRECHIN DID TERMITE INSPECTION BEFORE CLOSING ON HOUSE. HE SAID IT WAS TERMITE FREE AND IT WAS NOT. NOW, HE WILL NOT STAND BEHIND INSPECTION SAYING IT WAS GOOD FOR ONE DAY ONLY.
