Foundation 1

My wife and I purchased a home in the summer of 2019. We knew it needed foundation work when we bought but were up to the challenge. After obtaining an engineering report we had four foundation companies give us a bid. In the end we decided on Foundation 1. We have been very please with the work. The project required 39 piers, multiple wall braces and a few wall stiffeners. In the middle of the project we decided to add the water channeling system along the foundation wall to prevent any water from coming in. The project we schedule to take three weeks before we added the extra work. They finished in exactly three weeks including the extra work. All the workers were very respective of our home. They cleaned up the path in our house daily. Carlos was the foreman and was very responsive to any thing I needed. Foundation work is very labor intensive and I have a lot of appreciation for what these guys do. The cheapest bid is not always the best bid. Foundation 1 was very cost aware and I would highly recommend them for all your foundation repairs.
