Excellent! Called to get a quote on how much it would cost for someone to come show us how our gas fireplace in our new home worked, and he went to extraordinary lengths to help me over the phone! Didn't even need to have anyone come out, but if I had needed it, the service call price was better than the other three companies I called today. I'll definitely use this company if I ever do need service on the fireplace.

They were very informative about their product and other items that we asked about while in the store. Their customer service was excellent. They were very professional and polite and asked several times if we had any questions or concerns about the product before leaving after the installation. While the in-store selection was limited, I would definitely purchase from this store again as their service was top of the line.

They're specialists and the service was excellent. They are the only people in the area who could come out and do the service we wanted. We wanted natural gas instead of propane. They have parts for any grill you would want.

They were very informative in giving us some information about them. They helped us figure which one to get and would beneficial to us when I went to the store.

I phoned Fireplace and BBQ Center and told them my situation. The man on the phone was shooting technical questions at me, as if I knew all about fireplaces. I told him our chimney contractor said the thermal couple needed to be replaced, and he said, "Well, your chimney man doesn't know what he's talking about." Then he said, "If we come out there, it's going to cost you X-dollars, you know." I could not believe this man's attitude! So I phoned another company, Midwest Fireplace in Olathe. They came out on Christmas Eve, just in time for the holiday, and they fixed the fireplace. It needed a new thermal couple. So Fireplace and BBQ Center had business in its hand and literally threw it away because of rudeness.

THE SALES STAFF WAS WELL INFORMED ABOUT PRODUCTS AND WERE ABLE TO DISCUSS DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PRODUCTS WITHOUT PUSHING THE HIGHEST PRICE PRODUCT. THE INSTALLER WAS ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. THE LOGS LOOK AND WORK GREAT.

I DIDN'T HAVE TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEM. THEY EVEN TOOK AWAY THE OLD DOOR AT MY REQUEST. THE DOOR COST $485. THE REMAINING PORTION OF THE BILL WAS $400 FOR THE GAS LOGS AND INSERTS AND THE REMAINING PART FOR LABOR AND TAXES. THEY GAVE ME A BREAK ON THE INSTALLATION DUE TO HAVING TWO JOBS DONE AT ONCE.
