They never performed service they scheduled us several weeks out. Then a few days before our appointment, they said their technician had quit and they would not be honoring our appointment. And it was too late in the season for us to get a reschedule.

Excellent work! Randy came and did a stellar job for us - every window was perfectly clean and streak free and every screen was wiped down as well. He even was able to remove some hard water marks caused by the sprinklers hitting the windows in our downstairs family room. Would use them again in a hearbeat and would request Randy.

They always do a great job. One of the things I like about them, is that they're off duty firemen, so you know they're safe when they're up on the ladders cleaning. I've used them for a few years, and now they come out quarterly. They even work Saturdays, which is wonderful. Their pricing is very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used Firehouse Windows several times now. They are prompt, professional, and do all of my windows in about 1 hour. I am very pleased with them.

I've used this service for years and been very pleased. The last time I called them they sent Mexicans out to do the work that could barely speak English. They were supposed to wash the screens as I've always had them do. For some reason, they had a problem with this. They did not have the buckets or proper equipment to wash the screens. I told them to use the water hose. I looked out and they were just wiping the screens off with a dry cloth. I became agitated and tried to explain to them what was required. They finally started spraying the screens. I later learned the business had been sold off and fireman were no longer doing the work. I have not called upon them again. I received a call from Firehouse concerning this review. They claim they?ve never hired employees that do not speak English. They believe I hired a different company. The only thing I can think of is that another company called me and misrepresented themselves as Firehouse to try to get the job.

Was prompt and courteous. Would use again for sure. Scheduling was fast and easy and they worked around my availability.

If you are willing to "deal" with late crews this is your company.

The workers were v good. It's the 3rd or 4th time I used them. They did arrive late, which was a bit of a problem because I had to pick up family at the airport. They are very nice people to have in the house, which is important.

We were pleased with them. They did a really nice job. There was a couple of people, they were very professional and they did a good job. We felt that they helped us sell our house.

They were fantastic! I don't know why anyone would go to the frustration and hassle of cleaning their own windows when the Firehouse Window Cleaning team of Chad & John can do it for you. They are thorough, efficient, professional, and a very good value. They were in and out in less than 2 hours. I am extremely pleased and will be calling Firehouse Windows again this Fall.

We have used this company since 2004. They are very professional and I feel comfortable having them in my home to clean windows. We have so many windows, most of them have multiple panes to clean around, and we have always been exceptionally pleased with the result.

They were prompt and did a good job cleaning the windows. I discovered after they left however that they had nicked walls and were really rough when they took screens out. I was able to clean up the walls with a magic eraser. I also asked them to remove a plant growing in our gutter, they didn’t do it and I didn’t notice until too late. I called and they promised to send someone else out but they never showed.

They did an excellent job. They were always on time, cleaned up well after the job, and they an extensive job.

They were easy to work with. They did a good job. They were pretty quick. We have a lot of windows and so it cost us about $500. I haven’t compared prices for a long time.

They are great. They go all over the city. They clean gutters. They will also come inside to clean a big light fixture. They put protective coatings on the furniture to protect it from the sun. They will do little extra things like clean the fireplace if you ask them to and will not charge you for it. The overall experience was excellent. I would use this service again.

They are very prompt and friendly. They are responsive to problems. I have used them for years.

You create the job order so they will clean what you want, even if you only want the inside or outside done. It is a bit more expensive with the windows that have true divided light glass. These are individual panes of glass and in this case they will charge you per individual pane.

I spent about $300 on that work. I thought that they were efficient. They are obviously not from up here because they did get lost. The city changed my address after I moved in so it was not entirely their fault, but I just wished that they had called a little bit earlier. There were not able to clean one of my light fixtures and I was a little surprised because I would have thought that they did that all the time. I thought that their pricing was standard.

It went extremely well. The man doing the power washing was very friendly and patient. Our driveway has never looked better. They mold and mildew is gone. We use them in the future to remove the mold from our rear patio and to clean our deck. It was an excellent experience.

The windows have nine panes each and have summer screens. They are double-glazed and have organ gas between the panes. They look like normal windows but they are not. I wanted the windows washed in the inside and the outside. I also wanted the screens washed. They did the job well.

I had scheduled another company to do the work. The other company was two hours late and didn't even call.When I called them, they said they were on the way, but still didn't come. I called and cancelled them. I called Firehouse and explained that I was having a dinner party in two days and told them what had happened. They sent a crew out the next day. They were very punctual, they even called to ask if they could come early. Two gentlemen came. They were extremely polite. Did their work in a very professional manner and charged me less than the other company had quoted me. I will absolutely use them again. Also, the scheduler, Ashley, was extremely friendly and polite.

The company was great to deal with. Ashley answered call quickly and crew responded on time. They worked quickly and thoroughly. They were able to open some challenging windows and did everything I asked.

They are very quick, which is fine, but they bent some of the screens, which are hard to get off the windows. I will use them again, but they will be told to slow down and be careful.
