Description of Work: Brad was contracted to fix several large scratches on our maple table after we had a bad experience with a move. While he did fix the scratches, he burned the veneer of the table and admitted that he ruined it. He said that he would contact his insurance company and have the table replaced since it was his mistake. I tried to be reasonable with my replacement request. The table was worth over 2500, but I only spent 1200 because I got a good deal. I spent over eight hours finding a suitable replacement, and I emailed them to Brad. When I called him a few days later, he said he would look over my email when he had a chance. From that point on, unless I contacted Brad, I never heard from him. I was only able to reach him 2 times. This started on in the beginning of November. The last time I was able to reach him was on January 6th. He said that he would talk to the insurance company the next day, and I haven't heard from him since.
