The Technician did a fine job, it was a relatively easy fix for him and he was done in 20 minutes. The reason that I'm grading them poorly is because their hourly rate is $147 per hour. I called their office and complained on the day of the service and asked them to reconsider their rates as I felt it was out of line. I indicated that I would post a negative review on Angie's list. It's a been a week and I have not heard from them, hence my negative review for their price gouging. And shame on my for not asking their hourly rate prior to the work being performed.

This company offered a competitive price, was able to schedule quickly. The man who did the work offered options that we thought were reasonable - the original garbage disposal was installed on the wrong side of sink, so he offered to install on the correct side, closest to the wall switch, and also reconfigured the drain pipes to accomodate the change. The installer was friendly and professional and also gave us advise about the care and operation of the new disposal.

The process was great. I called them on a Monday at 5:00 p.m., sent them pictures of my problem via text. They gave me a rough estimate over the phone and had someone come out on they next day (Tuesday) at 7:30 a.m. The work was done by 8:30. Showed up on time and got the work done for the price I was quoted.

.The service was wonderful. They are timely, they are consistent and they do a great job. Cleaning up is great. Overall they are 10's.

Eric Williams, owner, was on site two different days for a total of 8 hours. Eric first winterized 5 exterior water lines, and investigated a low water pressure complaint in the master bath shower. Eric took the two shower heads apart, cleaned and treated the heads to remove all scale and lime deposits and checked the water lines. Water pressure was found to be low so Eric increased the pressure to sustain the desired flow. Quote submitted to re-pipe double water heater connection to 1and quot; pipe.
