Verry happy with how the door turned out.

They fixed spring that was the only cist ($180 including labor) and addressed the noisy track on the 2nd garage door with something I didn’t even think of: low temperature grease. Noise on that door was gone away. Glad I didn’t have to replace the carraige.

Went well. Alex, the installer started and finished the job himself. He was capable and professional. After the doors were installed, I noticed that the windows were not double pane. I spoke with Alex boss and he ordered the replacement. It was a "miss" by the manufacturer as it was on the order to them. It took too weeks to arrive and Alex installed the new panels. I'm completely satisfied with the job.

I could not ask for more. Both doors are now quiet and smooth and close completely. Price was reasonable. Communications to arrange the work was prompt, professional and courteous. Installer was prompt, highly competent, professional and friendly.

It went well. He worked fast and even replaced all the wheels in the track for the same amount of labor. Only had to pay for parts.

Excellently. They remounted the sensors on stronger brackets and reversed the eyes to minimize the sun's rays. They also noticed that the lift cables were frayed and they were replaced.

I submitted a contact form on the website. Received a call pretty quickly and scheduled an appointment just a few days later. The day of the appointment no one showed up and at no point has anyone from the company contacted me since. Very disappointed and will not be using this company for future repairs.

Owner was fair when quoting work. Job performed by staff met and exceeded expectations.

The work went very well. Called 1 day and came the next. Arrived on time and promptly did his work in 3/4 hour and door was working perfectly. He gave us a 10% senior citizen discount.

We contacted Eagle Door Company to come fix our garage door as it wouldn't work consistenly with the opener in my car or the clicker my husband uses. The repairman was quickly able to determine the problem and put in a new part. He then worked to help me update my the button in my car so that it would work. Our appointment was scheduled between 9-10 but no one had showed up by 10:30 so we called. There had been a slight miscommunication in the office and they dispatched the repairman out and he was there about 30 minutes later. Overall we experienced good, professional service. I would use this company again and would refer to friends/family.

They showed up on time. (Called from previous job to let me know they where on their way). Needed to have garage door adjusted to close level. The technician found a couple of issues with the door, and was able to correct all of them within the first hour.

I hate spreading negativity but I had to share this experience. I found Eagle Door on-line when researching garage door companies. I submitted an on-line request for an appointment to get a free estimate. They called me within a few hours of submitting the request and we scheduled an appt for them to come out to my house at 11am on 5/24. I gave them my address and the guy I spoke with said it wouldn't take more than 15 minutes for the estimate... I was home all day on 5/24 and no one from Eagle ever called or showed up.

It went very well. Eric arrived less than an hour after we called Eagle Door. He was polite and professional and was careful to not leave dirt behind when walking through the house. He completed the work as promised, and did the additional repairs at no charge.
