Description of Work: Renovation of two 1960s era bathrooms; converted one to a glass door shower; replaced tub in the other; new countertops on vanities; new fixtures in both and completely tiled and painted. They were quick, quiet and perfectly delightful to work with.

+ -1 moreJohn and Jeff could not have been more delightful to work with. One or both of them was on the job site every day (usually M-F but on some Saturdays' as well if necessary to be prepared for the next week's sub-contractors). They are entirely professional, knowledgeable and skilled. They were very helpful in selecting supply sources for fixtures, materials and a whole host of details. Both are active scoutmasters and exemplify the "trustworthy, helpful, friendly, courteous, cheerful, thrifty and clean" points of the Scout Law. Where their bid for the work included an allowance for items like fixtures, we had the option of providing the items ourselves, or (if the actual cost was less than the allowance) receiving a credit against the contract payments. They are both gentlemen and simply nice guys to work with
Description of Work: John and Jeff Perkins (DBA Dynamic Homes LLC) remodeled our kitchen and added a master suite (bedroom, bath and large closet) above our garage. In the process of planning the job in consultation with John and Jeff, the job grew, eventually including the enlarging of the kitchen, relocating a half-bath, removing part of a wall between the kitchen and a family room, renovating two second-floor baths, adding expanded linen storage along a hallway on the second floor, adding zoned HVAC to the new second-floor addition, refinishing all of the hardwood floors throughout the home, insulating the remodeled home, adding lighting and replacing windows in the second floor rooms, residing the existing home, and painting essentially the entire structure..
