We are a full service residential remodeling company specializing in kitchens, baths and basements. Partners are John and Jeff Perkins. Any work that we don't do ourselves we have talented subcontractors to handle for us.

John and Jeff could not have been more delightful to work with. One or both of them was on the job site every day (usually M-F but on some Saturdays' as well if necessary to be prepared for the next week's sub-contractors). They are entirely professional, knowledgeable and skilled. They were very helpful in selecting supply sources for fixtures, materials and a whole host of details. Both are active scoutmasters and exemplify the "trustworthy, helpful, friendly, courteous, cheerful, thrifty and clean" points of the Scout Law. Where their bid for the work included an allowance for items like fixtures, we had the option of providing the items ourselves, or (if the actual cost was less than the allowance) receiving a credit against the contract payments. They are both gentlemen and simply nice guys to work with
