Doug Coleman Moving

Description of Work: Doug and his crew helped us with 2 moves. Upon the completion of the second move, one of his workers, Christian, set an oak and lead mirror on top of a maple table. It left 5 or 6 large scratches. Doug got very colorful with the worker and vowed to fix the table since it was their fault. He contracted another company to fix the scratches. The company he contracted fixed the scratches but burned the veneer of the table and ruined it. He promised to replace the table proceeded to give us the run around. When we contacted Doug about the table, he said that he fixed the scratches and has since liquidated the company. He said he had done his part and would not give any further assistance.

Description of Work: I used Coleman moving two times in October 2015. They helped empty out a home lived in for 30 years. Made a difficult time much easier. They moved us into a new home, set up beds, appliances, everything went very well. No damages. No issues. Simply excellent.

Description of Work: Doug came out and viewed the items I needed to move in order to give me a quote. He dropped off wardrobe boxes prior to the move and was there right on time the morning of my move. He and his crew covered or wrapped my furniture and loaded it very quickly yet took care with my items. When we reached my new home he commented my driveway was too new to park the heavy moving trucks on. I would never have thought of that and appreciated it very much. They unloaded my items and put them where I wanted them. When everything was out of the truck he walked through the house with me to make sure everything was where I wanted it. A lot of heavy tables went in the garage so we could have the basement finished while empty. Doug came back when my basement was done and moved what I needed to the basement. Doug was very professional and helpful as were his crew guys. I will use him again if needed!

Description of Work: Moved from my apartment in Mission Kansas on the 3rd floor to a house in Raytown Missouri. Disassembled a few pieces and reassembled as well as put protective pads on the feet of furniture on the main floor as we just had the hardwood floors redone.
