Description of Work: All new windows throughout entire home. 14 to be exact. New steel siding along back side of home.

Description of Work: Our siding is old, steel siding and we had a bare spot from having done some other work on the house. Dennis came out right away and within a week, fixed the bare spot for a reasonable price. Since our color isn't available anymore, we had to get something a little different and then paint it, but for the money we paid, it was worth the trouble.

+ -1 moreWe got a couple of bids before deciding on Direct Exteriors. Their initial price was lowest from the start. Other companies sent out salesmen to negotiate a price. These other companies started with a higher bid (around $11,000) and worked down. The owner of the company, Dennis, made the estimate and did the work. The whole crew did a fantastic job. They were here every weekday at 8:30, and worked until 2:30. They were very polite, and asked my opinion on several issues before doing the work. They took down my gutters to allow me to paint them, and were flexible about putting them back up. They cleaned up pretty well when they were done. I can't think of a single negative thing to say about Direct Exteriors.
Description of Work: Direct Exteriors installed Napco Herald vinyl siding and metal trim on my house. Our house is two stories, and we have arched windows, so it was rather difficult. They took down the gutters and downspouts to allow me to paint them.
