Plumber returned following week and completed repair by correctly installing pipe under sink. Did excellent job and disposal and dishwasher can now work properly.

Great. Technician was very knowledgeable.

Work was done without any problems and hauled the old one away. Wish it didn't cost so much, but water heaters are pricey these days.

Discovered that the furnace had a crack and was unsafe to use. The tech answered many questions that I had and was great to work with.

Pretty well. They said our exterior unit didn't need cleaning and that the Freon levels were fine. The tech even discovered a lose duct damper door and tightened it and recommended it be in the open position. Our AC airflow has increased a little bit.

Bought the $99 regular check up package. Cody arrived on time, and find out the duct connected the furnace machine was untaped (or detached from duct due to air pressure). That is why the cold air was leaking and causing condensation in the furnace room, and mildew on the ceiling. He taped and sealed up the duct , check the furnace filter and AC machine outside. Took temperatures of supply and return. He says system was running fine, but advise the duct work connected to furnace might need to be improved by senior technician.

I had an appointment for him to "be" here between 2 and 4 pm. When he hadn't arrived by 3 pm I called. They said his previous appointment was running long but that he would be here shortly. He called me after 3:30 to tell me there was a lot of traffic and it would be a few minutes before he arrived. He arrived at my house at 3:50. Apparently they did not mean he would "be" here between 2 and 4 pm (ie. that would be the time I needed to set aside for this) but rather that he would get here between 2 and 4. I was not impressed with the service guy who came. He did not seem to do much to inspect my system but he did clean out my outside unit with the garden hose.

ok but time will tell how accurate he was. Did not mention dehydration unite that does not work nor give me numbers on repair. did sale me a filter for half what the last one did on line

They responded promptly to the big deal and they were careful as far as not making a mess etc.

The technician was highly competent, professional and friendly. The company was able to schedule my service for the ext day after I called which was a plus considering the hot temperatures outside.

The technician need more training to do the work as a professional. He did not have all the tools he needed to do his work. He was putting the screws he removed fro the condenser cover on muddy soil. He did not have a check list for the tune up and I did not get any inspection report from the technician or from the company office which I asked and he promised to send to me. I am satisfied with the tune up.

The repairman showed up a little ahead of schedule. The work was completed on time. Spotless cleanup and he hauled off the old toilet. Extremely happy with work. I will have them back for future work.

He changed the filter and checked the system inside and out. The cost of the filter was about 30% higher than previous filters I've had installed.

Two workmen came. Inspected both in basement and outside unit. Answered my questions about air conditioning system.

I called on a Sunday and the woman answering the phone was friendly & informative- including telling me the Sunday rates were higher. I decided to wait & have them come on Monday. He arrived on time, was very nice, was easy to work with, answered my questions, explained the process and worked diligently until the job was done. He was very thorough. I am happy with the service and with the new water heater and would hire them again.

CO detector alarmed. Called a nearby service; they confirmed high CO concentration, shut down furnace and scheduled a 2:30 estimate session. That meant no heat until sometime next day. Called Dick Ray who was familiar with my setup and gave me an acceptable price. Dan and Erin, great techs, arrived here at about 11:00 to tackle removal of existing furnace and AC evaporator coil; had new system in place at about 8:30.
