The total cost included the carpet and installation and I didn't grade them in price because because my decorator referred them to me based on the the fact that they had a fair price. They did a great job and got everything done quickly while working hard. I don't know if it's typical practice not to vacuum after the job is finished to remove loose strands and they didn't vacuum, which is really the only additional thing that I would've wanted them to do. Overall, I'd use them again and recommend them to others!
Description of Work: They laid carpeting for me in 4 rooms, stairs, and hallways.

Description of Work: I AM A DESIGNER AND CONSISTENTLY USE THE DESIGNER'S LIBRARY AS MY RESOURCE FOR CARPETING, WALLPAPER, FABRIC ETC. EACH AND EVERY EMPLOYEE THERE IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL WITH MY QUESTIONS, AND ANY OF MY PROBLEMS.
